* Change electoral college vote over to proportional
* Mandate a by-right housing permits system (base on tbd criteria)
* Allow either open-carry or concealed carry (can't do either currently, for the most part)
* Mandate illegal immigrants must be held until picked up by the fed.
All of these could be done in one election by an extremely motivated and well funded group.
There is a VERY large disenfranchised voter base out here.
