GERMAN GOVERNMENT TO INTRODUCE STATE SURVEILLANCE MALWARE

sueddeutsche.de/digital/staatstrojaner-bundestag-will-weitreichendes-ueberwachungsgesetz-beschliessen-1.3554426

German government are to introduce a new surveillance law that includes a so-called "State Trojan". This will be software that can be secretly fed onto all sort of comm devices in order to get a live-feed of ongoing conversations. Great care was taken to keep this secret from the public, apparently parliament is only meant to nod this through. Reason for doing this: "fraudulent asylum applications". Sadly I don't have much time on hand (just caught this by happenstance while about to turn my computer off in fact) and couldn't do a complete translation. Some other Germanon please check this shit out.

EVERYBODY: Germany might go full rare-flag mode soon. They're apparently going full KGB on us after all.

This thread is for discussing what to do now. If this is legit - what can be done?

fake news

Nothing you voted for this. Bump anyway guy.

I'll carry on the German genes in the states in honor of the fatherland though. I am not shit posting either. You as Germans failed.

If true, I urge germans to use anonymity programs on their computers, such as Tor, TailsOS etc.

Use custom android ROMS designed to counteract this sort of thing.

If you're an iPhone user, kill yourself kike.

Okay, apparently I do have some more time after all. First off:

>Migrant descendant
>Tells us that we failed over here
Look, even if we got to vote for our leadership under the occupation law (as it is, we can only vote what parties get to pick candidates, not even candidates directly), Merkel was very blatantly shoe-horned in by the lobbies to make the Iraq War possible. All with the threat of your new country's nukes to back them up. There's so much we can even do at all.

Secondly:
This seems sound advice. Thank you. Isn't Tor, specifically, subverted by the CIA though? (Luckily I'm no Iphone user)

Thirdly:
So what apparently happened is that they added a complete surveillance law to a different law (about traffic offences) as an "afterthought". How this came out I'm not sure, but Süddeutsche tends to be relatively reliable.

Thanks for bumping, everybody.

So it turns your webcam on phone camera on and the gov can watch you?

Seems kind of dumb. They sit through hours of footage of people sitting their hoping they will say something racist?

Well, I must be going and forget if the OP can bump. I'll be back to repost when I can.

Hahaha ohh wow Germacucks. What happened to you? Germans are going to have to be permabanned from Sup Forums just to keep the rest of the world safe.

Apparently. What's worrying isn't so much that as the fact that they tried to sneak it past us. People are apparently supposed to be watched unknowingly, 24/7, and it would conveniently screen your harddrive for questionable content while it is there. Fully automatic word-match style searches and such. They did stuff like this with phone wires in the GDR if I recall correctly.

this has definitely already happened to you, if you think you can say or do anything without someone being able to observe you are naive

Germany is finally joining the fight against terror.

Not subverted by the CIA no.
The principle of exit nodes in the TOR network is what makes it vulnerable, couple it with TAILS and a VPN of some sort.

Here in America, NSA has a backdoor on most hardware.
Can't say the same for other countries, because our guys don't like sharing if you know what I mean.

I think Europe needs its own internet, seperate from the USA. You guys really dont belong here, You can take the leaves with you.

the anglosphere and israeli intelligence all work together, and im sure they have no problem looking into EU countries

Any nation state can simply act as MITM directly at the ISP level and negate the entire need for "hacking". There are several organizations that make the technology to do this already that are exclusively clients of the NSA. You've been warned :(.

Supposedly and they cant admit to it and cant use it in court. You wont have the NSA showing up at your door because you said "shitskins" on Sup Forums. But, coming soon to Germany, tyranny.

Which do you prefer, privacy or security? You bitch when your government doesn't do enough to prevent terrorism, then when they actually take steps to prevent terrorism, you lose your fucking mind. No wonder Euro governments are telling their citizens the equivalent of "deal with it." Security comes at a cost, and privacy is one of those things you sacrifice to obtain it.

>Which do you prefer, privacy or security?
Why not both? Privacy and security are at the heart of Theresa May's internet policies. Merkel could learn a thing or two from May.

Looks like you got rid of the Stasi, and replaced them with.....the Stasi.

Mossad has their own capabilities. They don't need us and we don't need them, only when dealing with shit like Iran.

It's called the Patriot Act, read it.

The CuxNet virus

I asked which you PREFERED, bong, not which you'd go without. If you want more security, it comes at the expense of privacy. If you know a way around this exchange, feel free to share.

Metadata is not the same thing as using a backdoor and scanning your drive or reading your Sup Forums history.

They're just going to keep fucking the law-abiding in the ass to justify more and more muslim immigrants.

Hans you are fucking retarded to be optimistic.

Malware remover incoming in

>Reason for doing this: "fraudulent asylum applications"

Bullshit. Germany has 'hate speech' laws out the ass that only get applied to whites, while Muslim (((refugees))) can joke openly about raping white kids and burning down churches.

Any such malware exists for the explicit purpose of suppressing a German uprising.

Its already there youtu.be/v9cLR7FHon4

That's ice cold, Mohammed.

...

>joke openly.
>joke
They can rape whites and get away with it, let alone openly state it.

Germany is now waking upto the biggest mistake they have made since Hitler, allowing too many refugees into Germany, many of them whom are not genuine refugees but economic migrants. On top of that they are preying on the young German women. I'd hate to be a woman living in Germany today.

Your only real choice if you want any kind of security is to go full autism and use only open source software. This is the price you pay for being an utter failure of a country.

Shit happens. You can find a way to win, you have the internet and are a (hopefully) German man. You have it inside you, you have the warmonger, devotion, honor and just genes inside you.

(((They))) wanted to breed us out of existence, (((they))) are afraid of our conquering and powerful tendencies. Wake them up, find a way to meet among similar minded friends and do something.

People of the past had to take even bigger risks to bring us the positive shit we have today, you can take a few risks yourself.

If you think "no way I'm not getting fucked over" then you and our people are doomed.

>Implying the system isn't rigged

>implying the german government will be able to keep control of this once they let it loose

LOL Germany haven't changed at all, just switched targets. It now craves tge blood of it's own citizens.

the funny thing is, in germany it is something that is talked about, debated and present in the news, while in the us, far better and more severe surveillance methods are already in place.
Unfortunately theyll push it through because the population is so racist and scared of terrorists theyll think its ok

As I said, allegedly. If what we suspect is in place, its highly illegal and god knows what they are actually using it for. What this thread is presenting is open tyranny.

You have to be retarded if you have no idea what its used for.

*le sigh*
this world is a fucking mess

I find it hilarious that Americans don't believe the exact same thing is happening here.

the vote is basically at this moment, nobody knows yet if it passes, and if it does, its just a legal basis for whatever the agencies are doing already, in all developed countries, anyways.

Well then, what do they use it for?

>what can be done?

It's time to wake up. Take up arms and fight.

Win or lose it's better than what's about to happen.

It's time, white man.

WTF, I love open borders now

This is the dumbest comment I've seen today.

Says the son of perdition.

>perdition
Stop

Here's a little bit of basic security info.

For mobile you should get a Nexus, Pixel, or OnePlus device because they're relatively inexpensive, easy to get, and well made. They use a lot of open source drivers and they also use Qualcomm ABoot as the main bootloader, and it allows official unlocks using bootloader mode and ADB. A bootloader unlock takes two minutes using fastboot tools on a PC and allows you to install a custom recovery and OS on the phone. Use Lineage OS or Copperhead OS with stock apps only to maximize security. Enable encryption and be sure to fully disable all ADB features in the settings once the new ROM is flashed.

>are there any downsides to mobile?
A lot of ARM chips utilize something similar to the Intel ME and unverifiable modem isolation.

For desktop use you should get a laptop with Libreboot installed. A ThinkPad T400 is about $80 lightly used on ebay and the Libreboot installation service is like $30-60, or you can do it yourself, but that requires using an external flasher to write the EEPROM on the motherboard. I suggest using one of those services. Install Debian GNU/Linux with XFCE on it and enable encryption during OS installation. Use Twofish and LUKS.

>what is Libreboot
It's a free and open source BIOS firmware replacement that also disables the Intel ME.
>what is the Intel ME
It's a CPU in your CPU that has complete control over your machine. It uses a software frontend called AMT. It's supposed to be for enterprise stuff, but it's baked into every Intel CPU since 2008ish. Recently it was discovered that because the AMT can emulate a serial connection, an attacker can pass data around a local network without the computers being able to detect it. This means malware that is totally undetectable and that can spread from machine to machine silently.
>is Debian hard to use?
Only if you're retarded.

That's how you stay safe, fags.

Yeah but its not going to keep the national socialists from passing notes over coffee or on lunch breaks. Nor is it going to stop them from continuing to indoctrinate.

> german military and police are arming up like crazy, dont forget this
> most of them are closet NS
> since the only way to be NS in germany is closet

Just make sure you infiltrate and take control over the EU Army. Though I think thats already the case and its being allowed just so they can arm up to full.

1984 was supposed to be a warning, not a gameplan.

I mean does anyone seriously believe that whats going on with germany isnt being used by the NS to start a full on overthrow of the EU?

The globalists are handing them everything they need, even literal ammunition, to get it going.

And whats more I don't think the globalists see it coming either, they're really that stupid to think they have dumbed down the population enough to not stand behind a coup.

> german military and police are arming up like crazy, dont forget this

maybe in your dreams
