Reality Winner's leaked documents showed that Russia attempted to hack some voter registration databases or something, but that they were unsuccessful. Granted, it could be fake since the CIA's cyber arsenal would make it possible to frame Russia in such an attack, and they lost control of their arsenal according to Vault 7.

It was compromised by the DNC through Soros, Google, and Crowdstrike, in vain. Their efforts failed to sway the American people who will no longer submit to the false song of globalism.

The Intelligence agencies all agree Russia hacked the DNC and tried to hack other US institutions. However, none of them say that there is evidence of Trump-Russia collusion, which is honest.
So really there is no issue with Trump, and so there is nothing wrong with Trump acknowledging the fact that Russia meddled in our election. Meddled does not equal "altered" or "changed" or "caused".

No direct evidence of Russia, a person, hacking the DNC. Only indirect "evidence" of person(s) within Russia hacking.
Remember Crowdstrike is a fake security firm. They're the ones who refused to give the servers to FBI and destroyed evidence.
