Multiculturalism doesn't really work because some cultures think they're better or worst than others. America does a very bad job at making everyone American. But it's the only country that does it better than all of the 1st world nations and most of third world.

no, you would even have to go down to the microbial level to make people integrate properly. Genetics + lots and lots of other factors. Germans and dutch barely even can integrate together.

San Diego in the 1970's was pretty damn cool with 70% white, 20% mex, 10%asian (Vietnamese, Chinese, Filipino, Islander).
We all got along great. great times, law abiding, upright citizens, most went to church, boy scouts, all that.
