We have worked on with the project, but we have used something else for communication. We have been in contact with some Afrikaners, and we are going steady forward after we finished the basic planning. There will be a white paper out soon, explaining our mission in greater details.
Nothing about this project is easy, and there is great dangers ahead. But these dangers were also faced by our forefathers, and they won despite the hardships. Today we have advanced technology, and some of the best education in the world. We can connect globally, and we have achieved many goals that seemed to be impossible ten years ago. If they choose: 1.Urban-you get 0.5 ha, 0.1 ha in the urban area(more than enough for a comfy house) and you get to pick a location for other 0.4 ha, but the location can't be in a agricultural area(some kind of a weekend house). This could attract many normal people who would want a life where they have a big house, a white neighbourhood, decent welfare and even a place to take their family regularly. 2.Rural-you get for example 6 ha(or whatever is decided to be the best area to give) in a village/farm. This could actually atract many regular people. The biggest problem is the land. Also, I assume this country wouldn't have a coast, which is kind of a problem, but it can function.

theres not really an alternative. Remember youre in an area cut off from the rest of the world, no electricity except what you can produce yourself, no one around you wants an IT guy, the only thing you can really produce that others would want is food. Youll also need a bunch of people that can build stuff with their hands, but again, you only have what you can produce, so you'll need lots of people farming trees for wood, whatever you decide to farm for ropes, and so on.
Sounds good, but you guys should probably worry about water and food, plumbing, and other modern luxuries.
People these days aren't modern spartans or prussians. They'll need some good stuff, and also things to be entertained with. That way the settlement can be permanent.

Depends on which part of Siberia you go to. You can survive pretty well in sourthern Siberia near the trans-siberian railway. For example, Novosibirsk, Siberia's largest city, actually has four-five solid warm summer months and three months of Winter which are really cold with mean temperatures dipping below -10 degrees Celsius. check it out for yourself:
