I dont do it for any sort of philosophical or animal rights reasons, but I have cut down to only eating meat to 1x per week, and must say I feel physically much better. I still love red meat, but now only use it to reward myself usually on the weekends. It's amazing how what you eat can affect you physically, mentally, emotionally.
