University admission is just one level of unfair, that's obvious unfairness but how it actually works is less unfair than the job market. They have actual places for whites, blacks and Asians, meaning you still have a chance you're just competing against your own race (because that's egalitarian).
In the job market, it's entirely feasible there are no jobs for you at all. You're not competing against anyone, okay you are but because employers demand women STEM at three times the rate of everyone else, not even talking about regular non whites who are twice the rate, this means you need three times a non white woman's GPA to beat her and this is real unfairness because the women in STEM are Asian so they didn't have feminism dumbing them down. Asian women aren't dumb. This is unfair, plenty of Asian women are smarter than me, I can admit that, this is unfair because they don't need the advantage.
At least you're only competing against your group for university, there are still places, just be better than the white people. But for jobs, everyone knows it's entirely possible it won't matter how skilled you are. It's entirely possible there are no meritocratic graduate positions and only diversity hires, especially if HR are doing quotas on the sly.
