Tell me why these hard workers don't deserve the right to support a family. Do you think $15 an hour is reasonable for such a demeaning and tough job?

bump

lol no. get a better paying one if you want more cash. Mcdonalds employees dont need to be making as much as EMT's

Are you implying that they don't work as hard as EMT's? In busy cities and during busy hours we work incredibly hard

nah. im just saying an EMT is worth more as an employee. Mcdonalds employees are a dime a dozen, and if many of them en mass quit, there are twice as many high schoolers willing to take their place. An EMT is not replaceable

>we

So fight for EMTs to get a pay raise. They are irrelevant to this discussion. How many jobs do you think McDonalds workers should have in order to live?

Australians get $16/hour minimum wage, and it only costs $6 for a gallon of petrol and $120 for a vidya game

go to medic school and make 70k+ entry working 8 days a month with a fire dept you faggot

>my wage going up is public interest, even though that will clearly place pressure on the economy as a whole
>any other job is irrelevant to discussion

fast food is suppose to be a job you get as a kid or a first job, not a career you raise a family on. you want to raise a family on food service job get a job as a waiter at a decent restaurant, it is very possible to do so and raise a family.

Because they don't have a skill that's worth 15/hr unfortunately, and they're going to find out the hard way. Yes, cost of living has gone up, but with technology the cost of no skill has gone down.

Lol the only "white" id the manager.

Support a family? You shouldn't be having kids if you are making the minimum fucking wage. I make several multiples of the minimum wage, but there's no way I'd start a family, since I don't feel financially-secure enough to do so.

You're worth as much as someone is willing to pay you. Get over yourself.

You have the choice to have a family. If you can't support one, then don't fucking have one. You shoveling the economic consequences of a higher minimum wage on everyone else because you're too retarded to be anything other than a burger flipper but still can't handle the fact that other people have nicer things than you is just you being a moron.

Do you really think people will pay $20 or more for a crappy burger?

If they want better pay do an apprenticeship and learn a trade

Hello sir, do you want to order? I am you robotic server and will communicate your order to the robotic chef who will automatically prepare your food. Have a nice day, sir. What is this? 15 dollar an hout? I am all for it, sir. Automation is the future!

It's all about supply and demand.
Anyone can work in McDonald's, I once saw a gorilla that could understand English, communicate and ride a bike, who could probably do this job.
When 100% of the the working population is able to do this job they don't need to pay highly, because they're easily replaceable.
This is why professional football players get paid so much, they are the best at what they do.
Same with programmers, who have specialised in a certain language, will get paid more than people who only know java.
If you want more money, get a more specialised skill that a monkey couldn't do.

Do you see how she has to be shown how to serve fries?

That's why she doesn't deserve $15/hour. We're trying to maintain a civilization, not practice some sort of grotesque comedy aggrandizing dysgenics.

>tough job
Nigga I get paid to essentially sit on my ass and shitpost on Sup Forums at $12/hr
Anyone whining about making minimum wage isn't trying hard enough

Stop exaggerating. Australia has a high minimum wage, and I bought a large big mac with a coke today for only $12.95

nobody cares how hard you work but how useful it is to others and how easily you can be replaced

Minimum wage is perfectly acceptable for jobs that require no training and I'll tell you why: supply and demand.

Theoretically, anyone could do a minimum wage job, while trades and post-secondary jobs draw from a limited pool of potential employees. Companies HAVE to pay them more or someone else will offer them a higher rate and they'll go work there instead.

The entire concept of minimum wage means you're being paid more than your employer think your work is worth, so be thankful for that.

That's how German humans speak too

>Caring about the niggers working at a fast food place.
>Eating fast food ever

That attitude is precisely why whites are becoming a minority everywhere.

just think some kid could have learned a work ethic and importance of improving as to not to stay at that job long term for $11 an hour...but no they wanted $15 an hour at a place most people spend $4 at and now its an LCD screen.

EMT's save lives, fast food workers increase obesity

This

>people who want increased minimum wage are on minimum wage
This is just incorrect and faulty reasoning to assume that people only ever promote things which help themselves. I make well above minimum wage but if a rising tide is to raise all ships then the tide must start from the bottom.

Probably, but it's not my problem as an individual. Financial security before kids is an important part of living a responsible life.

I'm happy to subsidize their wages as long as they submit to sterilization.

Otherwise, they should get nothing.

>have kids while working part time at mcdicks
>go into debt
yeah sure sounds like a swell plan hans

Its not about working harder, its about skills. Its a low skill job meaning any mother fucker can do it. Want more pay? Go to school or trade school and get a job that requires more skill.

if your best marketable skill is thawing out burgers you shouldn't breed.

>deserve
This is the problem here. I "deserve" this or I "deserve" that.

You don't deserve anything. You get what you earn. The decision to start a family is a very big one, and also a very big financial decision.

Raising an average child to 18 years old costs about $250,000. If you work at MacDonalds you would be fucking stupid to buy a 250k boat or a 250k car. Does a burger-flipper "deserve" a Lamborghini? Why do they "deserve" to make a different choice with a similar price tag?

Don't make bad financial decisions and expect other people to subsidize your stupidity.

Why DO they deserve the right to support a family? Why should that be a 'right'?

Why the fuck would I work for others when I can work out all day in the gym and marry a jewish woman who will support me for my house labor?

You people are dumb as fuck.

And if the people who control the money don't want to create better jobs for people, then what?
Go look up NAIRU.

youtube.com/watch?v=YwZ0ZUy7P3E
Starting to look more and more like a documentary every year.

Hans actually has it right for once.
Niggers will have LOADS of kids on welfare, whites will go "hurr I can't afford it."

Ok, but do you really think noncucked nonsocialist people will pay that much for a crappy burger? Keep in mind their sales are already falling because people are realizing they are basically eating poison every Mcmeal.

How much does a rent costs in USA. I know it depends, but roughly, middle - class rent.

Minimum wage and equal pay should be abolished. If you work harder you deserve more pay. It also benefits all when more daily product purchases are cheaper.

Found the liberal socialist filth.

And what if they simply aren't there? All you've done is push down wages for other skilled workers.
Perhaps you're part of the managerial class and that's exactly your game.

>implying EMTs wouldn't get a raise if minimum wage was brought up

whew lad, keep on that koolaid

if you live anywhere near a city shitty places go for >$600
at least here in washington

$1200 a month.

Nigge tier is $750.

washingtonexaminer.com/study-seattles-minimum-wage-is-hurting-the-poor/article/2627072

That metaphor means making the economy stronger so that more people can get off minimum wage jobs after using them as a foothold. Can you really not grasp that if you raise the minimum wage it'll just lead to inflation? Good job, people are making twice as much an hour and everything costs double.

Very roughly, $1k-$2k/mo for something that can house a small family.

I see we've found the entitled heirs to small family fortunes.

Depends are where you are.

In some places, $650/month for a one bedroom apartment.

In other places, $1500/month for a one bedroom apartment.

$7.25/hour isn't enough to afford this, plus other bills, and food

Name one thing that's more worthy of subsidization than families. I bet you're one of these anti-immigration people too, blind to the effect that low birth rate is having on the country.

Bitch I live in California and I can get a half pound, hand formed patty on a gluten free bun for less than that.

Clear evidence your country is shit and the minimum wage raises your prices.

You're looking at $1000 unfurnished.
No, welfare needs to be banned. Get these lifelong welfare queens off the govt tit.

> Mcdonalds employees dont need to be making as much as EMT

You are a socialist.

I make 18 an hour working for a grocery store as non-management.

;)

>state mandates that a business MUST pay workers $15 a hour or face criminal charges
>businesses can't afford that due to said worker's job being worth less than that
>businesses go under
>community goes to shit
>oh well, at least we're progressive

except the truth is niggerocracy

So whites should act just like niggers, to save the white race? At that point what's worth saving about it?

>Clear evidence your country is shit and the minimum wage raises your prices.
It's their 'free healthcare' and taxes. Australia is a nanny state like Sweden.

Ah, britbong flag.

Come to the southern US, where whites will have as many kids as anyone else. Will take wellfare and handouts like anyone else.

And then blame everyone else for their financial problems.

it's not supposed to be a career, idiot.

I worked at a Whole Foods once and made around that. Non-union and the owner - John Mackey - is a hard-card capitalist libertarian.

>Tell me why these hard workers don't deserve the right to support a family.
They already have that right, and if they have the skills that are worth $15 an hour, they should be out selling themselves for that. To sit in a dead end low skill job and expect to be paid a fair wage is absurd...Just ask Seattle. If I read correctly, their jumped up min wage is causing havoc.

There is no point in time when a burger flipper or any another non-management staff should be making middle class wages. The reason for low skill jobs is for low skill workers. It doesn't matter how long you have done the same low skill job or how good you think you are at it....you are 1 step away from being replaced at all times.

If you have been given a raise ever, you should be scared for your job.

I got a better idea. Instead of trying to convince me that you are worth $15/hour, go out and get a job that actually pays $15/hr....but no suprise to me, the workers in fast food seem to think they are working some important job that no one else can do....meanwhile high school students who should be working these jobs cannot even learn simple skills because it pays too well.

If these fast food places had any brains, they wouldn't keep a single full time employee on the books EVER. They want a pay raise, great. They want to use the government to forcefully coerce these business to either pay better or shut down. I would be full on vindictive.....12-18 hours a week/employee. No more. If they couldn't live working full time at half that, they certainly won't be doing better getting paid twice as much but at 1/3rd the hours.

At no point in time should the government dictate "MINIMUM" wage. Minimum wage is a joke used by unskilled people as a guarantee of pay. When you bump up minimum wage you create an economic situation that affects everyone. IF the minimum wage was bumped to $15 on a federal level, it would affect EVERY working class american negatively..

Found the retarded who thinks it's a good idea to raise a kid in an environment where it has to depend on your shit job at McDonalds.

> I see we've found the entitled heirs to small family fortunes.

You don't need 100k to raise a family of 4.

of course niggers like you need 75k+ to drive a fast automatic tranmission car and still get smoked at a stop light in front of your ugly wife.

;)

shitty job to serve shitty food to shitty people that shouldn't eat this garbage in the first place.

Answer is - nope.

"Everyone" will not be making more because not everyone is on minimum wage. Only a fraction of the workforce is. Therefore your supposed economic truism is actually a fallacy.

>$15 an hour

Sweetie

People in entry level, low skill jobs, like fast food make so little an hour because you aren't expected to really make a living. The job is merely a stepping stone to either live with other people and split costs or use your work experience and education to get a better paying job. If you are irresponsible enough to only be qualified for a mcdonalds tier position while trying to "support a family" your overall value to the country is only worth the bullet that should be shot into your skull. Even though I know this is an obvious bait thread I'm convinced at least 20% of Sup Forums actually doesn't understand simple ideas like the quality of work reflecting average wages

Its a low skill job which generally appeals to workers who need flexibility and a bit of cash - if you need to rely on your job at mcdonalds for your long term financial future then you should reevaluate your situation, or be aiming to work your way up as fast as you can - which if you cant, mcdonalds is obviously not for you as it does not meet your needs.

tl;dr if you dont like it, lump it

I worked at mcdonalds last year, no they dont. Those 'hard workers" only have it rough when costumers get pissed. I basically sat on my ass, drank coke, ate free food, took orders, dropped fries into a basket, and handed out food. Oh and the grill area is almost all automated nowadays, and more automation will come and replace jobs if you retards push for 15$.

>Tell me why these hard workers don't deserve the right to support a family.
They do
>Do you think $15 an hour is reasonable for such a demeaning and tough job?
You don't get paid that much in the military, and it's far more demanding, than flipping burgers. That, and every single time there's been a minimum wage hike, the cost of living has gone up.
>Why you may ask?
Because money doesn't mean shit if it doesn't stand for some product, and thus if you have more money, representing the same amount of "stuff", no one got richer. The money just became less valuable.

>worthy of subsidization
>families
Why? Give me one reason why Bill who makes good financial decisions should pay for Shaniqua's 9 kids to go to college?

>I bet you're one of these anti-immigration people too
Yep.

>blind to the effect that low birth rate is having on the country
So replacing American's with Africans and Mexicans is your solution? Encouraging people to simply have more babies is too hard for you? Newsflash asshole, it's not America anymore when there aren't any Americans left. You can't have a 1st world country with a 3rd world population. Ever wonder why American IQ has gone down by an average 14 points/decade? (HINT: Americans aren't getting stupider, we're just importing stupid people and calling them Americans.) I've been to every continent on planet Earth and I want mine to stay the way it is thanks, I've been to South America. No thanks. I've been to Africa, no thanks. Maybe you should grow up and see the world a bit before you spout stupid nonsense, and while you're at it maybe it's time to get off your dad's computer before he finds out you are browsing an 18+ website.

The minimum requirement for this job is an IQ of 85. Robotics will replace the 85-105 bracket.

everything is premade and require no skill at all

Let's just say that McDonald employees are lucky that Monkeys are not allowed to work in restaurants.

If you make manager, you get 15$ an hour at most fast food restaurants.

Walmart starts at $13.50 per hour.

All of these jobs are easy and if you can't survive on $13+ per hour you need to stop buying shit you don't need.

> more automation will come

Who cares? I cook my own food at home.
Why should I give a fuck about lazy niggers relying on fast food?

$15 isn't enough. These mega corporations can easily afford $25.00 an hour. inb4 higher prices

>this too
It used to be that fast food jobs, were part time jobs for school kids. Still is like that at places like Chick-fillet

No it's not you stupid fuckwit. The White race is declining because Rabbi Shlomo Shekelberggoldstein plans it that way.

>businesses can't afford that

While non-corporation businesses would have problems, and would likely receive tax breaks etc, you'd be foolish to think that a corporation couldn't pay this.

Stop believing what every hardline capitalist thumper peddles. Major businesses in American can easily pay the $15/h wage, but they will say they won't, because it will take from the wages and bonuses of the higher ups.

I've worked on pretty much every level of a business like McDonalds, and I can promise that they could easily do it.

They can but they shouldn't be forced.

Look at it like this...

Teach a man to fish.

Problem solved.

You can't blame the jews for everything nigger boy.

>implying
Low IQ jobs are the safe ones, things like construction and social work arent going away. I cant say the same about writers, composers, lawyers, doctors, code monkeys, middle managment and masters of business.

Those jobs are already being automated alongside with software engineering. Why do retards assume that IQ matters here? No job is safe and white collar job even less so.

At this point minnium wage does nothing as automation will outcompete pajeets as well

>inafter higher prices
Yeah, I think a study showed that a $15 minimum wage required only a 60¢ increase in the price of a Big Mac. Then again, Papa John's made a big deal out of whining about muh Bamacare and how it would cost them just over 25¢/pizza or something. What they are afraid of is Wall Street usury, but we can't name the Jew in public messaging in this country.

This isn't an economic issue for you, it's a form of class/racial warfare. At least you're conscious enough to realize it, unlike most people against raising the minimum wage.

Right now this may benefit racial minorities more so than whites but this will not always be the case. As automation picks up EVERYONE will be begging for some sort of guaranteed income, and that is only a matter of time. Having decent paying minimum wage jobs is much more realistic aim than saying we need universal basic income.

>At this point minnium wage does nothing as automation will outcompete pajeets as well
Robots are expensive, third worlders are cheep. Go look up what a robot that can do what sweat shop kiddos do costs.

I
Don't
Care
minimum wage jobs are minimum wage for a reason
it sure would be nice to make $15 a fucking hour flipping burgers, but we both know that kind of work is not very high value
IF YOU WANT TO MAKE MORE MONEY
GET OFF YOUR ASS
AND LEARN A SKILL
SO YOU CAN GET A BETTER JOB
DON'T WHINE TO THE STATE TO FORCE BUSINESSES TO PAY YOU MORE

and stop hiding your flag you giant faggot

Its not about who deserves what. Its not about whats fair. The world is not fair. People should be paid what their labor is worth. Fastfood workers are not worth 15$ an hour and they'll be replaced with kiosks if you force owners to pay that much. their options are minimum wage or unemployment. Pick one.

>shouldn't be forced.

In a perfect world, the idea of capitalism supports this. Businesses will pay workers what they deserve, still remain profitable, and everyone is happy.

Sadly, businesses pay wages that where expected decades ago while making 100s of percent more in profits.

I'm a libertarian, and I argue for as little government involvement as possible. But it's clear to anyone who has not been blessed with a bit of privilege here and there that the American idea of Capitalism is one that supports greed and corruption, and needs better regulation to protect the individuals involved.

Who is going to fix the robots when they malfunction or need servicing?

Grease monkeys.

>it's all women

Can't replace everything with robots, who will the people bitch at?

People wouldn't need to be trying to make a "career' at entry-level positions if they weren't being systematically priced out and replaced in alternative paths by people who broke the law to exist here. Go to college? For what, to compete with every other lemming being told to do the same thing? Trade school? Sure, if our manufacturing base hadn't been sold out decades before to non-whites here and abroad. It's time we take a deep hard look at ourselves and face some realities.

I'm as American as apple pie and baseball, pal.

And you're right. Minimum wage jobs are for minimum wage skills. But minimum wage was literally set up to ensure a livable wage for workers, and to prevent things like we see in third world countries.

>Be emt, make $11.15/hr
>Sign at Arby's: now hiring $11/hr

>Having decent paying minimum wage jobs is much more realistic aim than saying we need universal basic income.
How so, if there really is nothing to do? It seems rather dehumanizing to be told to go sit in a place and do nothing all day, just to keep you from doing something for yourself so you can get paid for sacrificing yourself for... nothing.

>The world is not fair
That's a cop-out. It could be, if we simply killed people who think like you do.

>anyone who has not been blessed with a bit of privilege here and there
Cheers m8. This is a good observation. Sup Forums probably over-represents biz and econ students, and other entitled little shits who need to feel good about themselves.

>Grease monkeys.
There are still fewer jobs to go around, and less spend on labor, or the machines wouldn't have been put there in the first place.

>It's time we take a deep hard look at ourselves and face some realities.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, this is America, we don't DO that here.
