Is this guy the greatest parliamentary tactician in he history of Congress?

He actually managed to steal a Supreme Court seat from the liberals. Absolute madman.

FUCK DRUMPF AND FUCK WHITE PEOPLE

He's cucking Trump just as hard though. Trying, anyways.

Probably not desu. He's just competent and the democrats are completely inept (direct result of SJW politics).

/ourguy/ knows how to play the zog game

>He's cucking Trump just as hard though. Trying, anyways.

How so? Because of the healthcare bill? I think he will get it together eventually. Remember it took Obama almost two years to do it even with a supermajority.

idk much about the U.S supreme court, have the judges always been mostly democrats?

No hes just the only competent leader left who actually knows the fucking rules of what hes running
He is also one of the few people just perfectly happy where he is and has no ambition to become President or speak beyond himself
He doesnt pull a fucking McCain and go to the Ukraine or some other shit acting like he matters
At the very least he can be ruthless when needed but it isnt his main tactic

There have been periods where the Court has been liberal 1960s and 2010s but for the most part it has held a moderate view

Its complicated but not really
Republicans have gotten plenty of justices in the Supreme Court, its just they have been notoriously unreliable ever since the Warren Court
Nixon actually got four SC nominees from what I recall
Warren was actually an Eisenhower appointee
But he got a big head and decided to use the SC to resolve almost every social issue in America and brought in all the SC restrictions on religion in public places
The SC is the most autistic branch and considers precedent the most important thing ever and is extremely reluctant to walk these things back

He's literally a smarter uncucked version of Frank Underwood in Season 1 of House of Cards

That's because the power of the Court relies on it being vague as fuck the less it defines law the more power it has

Any opposition Senate Majority Leader would have done this, especially in such a polarized era. McConnell sucks to be honest. He has absolutely no conviction after refusing to fully repeal Obamacare.

Mark Levin with a quick rundown of this guy:

Actually this, but the guy has fucked over so many middle class people

>he's just competent
Have you ever heard him speak?

Why does his mouth never completely open when he speaks?

No it really is stare decisis
The SC has no problem defining everything down to bus routes

Thats not terribly unique among any major politician now

No, whoever has the video of him sucking a Senate page's dick is the greatest parliamentary tactician.

>makes simple plan: stall
>executes it
>success!

HOLY SHIT WHATS HIS SECRET

>He's just competent

no he isn't

>black people steal shit

FUCKING NIGGERS, ONLY A SUBHUMAN APE WOULD THIS

>white man in a suit steals shit

He dindu nuffin. He a gud boi.

Never change, Sup Forums

He had polio as a child.

He deserves the credit for delaying SCOTUS when everybody thinks Trump's about to lose big time.

He lost nothing by freezing the Supreme Court pick. Something that did take a lot of balls.
