I was just thinking about the practical issues about collecting such a heap. I mean towards the end, when it's filled to the brim, you have to hover over that heap to shit in several positions, which not only required some training, but there' s always the risk that you slip and fall.

We mostly have squat toilets in India. When I was 9 I stayed in a nice hotel and there I came across this beautiful toilet. I didn't had any idea how to use it, so I climbed and squatted over it, but I slipped and fell.
I was about to loose my teeth because of that incident but luckily I didn't.
