What would be the ideal healthcare system in a NatSoc USA? I want to build a hypothetical nation around our beliefs and this is one of my starting points.

But surely such a sytem would go against the grain regarding national socalism's key polices on social issues?
To enact such a policy would be unfair to those ethnic citizens who can not afford?
Which in some respects i agree because national socalism is about helping yourself not the state helping you, however having said that would you deny free health care to say an eldery wounded veteran who has served his country or a frail elderly woman who has contributed to the nation her entire life but both have come short of change to provide for his health care?

Shit tier argument, you have no idea how it works in practice. Some stagnation can occur if implemented incorrectly, but the USSR for example had plenty of innovation, it used to account for every 4th invention in the world.

Good post. The Jews are only a parasite. A parasite cannot live without some sort of host or means of spreading. Capitalism is therefore worse than communism imo because at least communism can be turned against the Jews which is what Stalin did.
