Communism is the next stage of humanity following the capitalist stage.
What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:

So whenever i speak with commies and i start bringing up the problem of oppression, too much power to the state, failures of implementation in history etc they tell me the point is that you *somehow* get to the ideal stateless society with popular councils deciding stuff democratically and everyone owning everything. Then i ask how is the country supposed to keep itself together if there's no "central" power of any sort and this council can just tell that other council to fuck off and make their own thing, pretty much turning back to tribalism they just give me error 404. Also i've noticed a trend when speaking about how to run stuff, for instance how to run a popular council if everyone has the same authority but no one agrees on shit and there's no leader to make the final call, they just say that someone should be picked to make that call. Then when i point out that's pretty much what we're doing right now again i get error 404. What gives?

I don't know what 'seize the means of production' means. Production of what? Electricity? Water? Food? Software? Buildings? Emergency medical services? Seize what and then do what with it? The workers send the owners off to a labor camp and then the workers do what? Who directs the work if there's no owner? How do they make decisions about what to do next? Do the workers take a vote? If they take a vote, what happens when the workers can't come to a consensus about what to do or there's a 50/50 split or something? Do they have to seize the means of production again?

In real socialist countries (Stalin's USSR, Democratic Korea, etc) workers elect their own managers. If the manager is incompetent, greedy, or cruel, the workers can just vote for someone else.

Alice re-invests everything she makes into the business. Bob re-invests nothing into the business. Is it fair for Bob to receive an equal share of the profits from the business? Would Alice be justified in wanting a larger share of the profits than Bob because she sacrificed everything to the business while Bob did not?
