I dont like fanning the pizza flames around here, but I have to admit there is something creepy about people going to such lengths to bring in kids who don't speak English.
I was adopted. In state homes, foster care too. Its one thing to have a legitimate interest in being a good parent for some poor child who needs it, and it should be commended. But I always get suspicious when I start seeing money and business move into it. Then, at best, its a puppy mill to fast-track kids that frankly no one misses to people with dubious intentions and qualifications, typically to rake in money by treating kids like ranch herds.
I could also rant about charities and these total scam "clothes/etc donation boxes" that have popped up over the years, but thats for another time I guess...
