Be honest fellow ancap anons. Obviously pure capitalism is the ideal, but If you were given a choice between an outright authoritarian fascist ethnonationalist revolution in the west, and the continuation of our semi-free social democracies, which would you pick?
I'd probably side with the fascists - the current system will inevitably develop into some sickly form of statism eventually, and I might as well enjoy the chance to physically remove some leftist subhumans before the gestapo raids start and all my Ayn Rand books get burned.

Yeah, it's difficult to deny that white western culture is the only culture in which philosophical individualism (which is the precondition for capitalism in politics) even had a chance. If western culture is actually destroyed, we might be looking at thousands of years of stagnation in slave empires before another 'Greek golden age' begins.
Shafarevich's book The Socialist Phenomenon terrifyingly identifies the current trend towards statism not as a local fluctuation in history, but as the end of a 3000 year era of property rights, beginning in the Iron Age, and a return to the antique slavery which prevailed prior to that time. It's chilling stuff - it feels like you're in some kind of apocalyptic sci-fi, reading about some inevitable doom. But I think he's actually right.
