So a lot of people have been asking the question: where did the NY Times get its story about the infamous meeting from?
Well, it's becoming increasingly clear that their source was from the Russian side of things, not the white house. Now after the fact we have the Russians confirming all sorts of shit which incriminates Trump Jr. The fact that it's coming from the Russians means this whole thing has been about sending Trump a message. Here's the breakdown:

Another possibility is that Russia really is fucking with both sides. They go to HRC and say, "Trump has been asking for help." This gets the story started. Once it's all played out and nothing has happened, they drop their original bit of "evidence."

Something felt off about this whole thing and I just couldn't figure it out, but then Assange's tweet claiming he was responsible for convincing Jr. to publish the emails made everything click into place. Putin set him up and burned him as a warning to Trump. Trump knows where this is coming from, he also knows the extent to which this event can make him look bad. It may be able to get worse, remember there's a mysterious unidentified 8th man being hinted at in the media. This could be like a noose slowly tightening around Trump's neck forcing him to work on the sanctions.
Of course, this is marxist dialectic in real life. The Soviets and now the Kremlin have always been playing both sides. Hence now that the left has occupied most of the institutions in the west they make the desperate right cozy up to them. Btw, I can give you some good stuff to read. Anatoli Golitsyn and Jan Sejna. Or you can just google "Perestroika Deception". These are two Soviet defectors who defected in the 60s and 70s who spoke about a Soviet plan to fake a collapse of the eastern bloc and communism as a ideology to lull the West into sleep. They would later then use aid and trade and so on to develop their military machinery, nuclear weapons in particular to then come back and strike the West. Well think about it. Why is that so? Why would communist countries allow subversive elements in their sphere when they know really well how destructive they are? Cute theory but the meeting was leaked by either someone on Kushner's team or the FBI. The reason this meeting came up recently is because Kushner added it to his SF86 form like 3 weeks ago which prompted the FBI to interview him. Jr.'s emails were leaked recently. NYT would not sit on them.

Yesterday, multiple news agencies and President Trump all stated that Veselnitskaya was granted special permission to enter the US by Attorney General Lynch after her visa had been initially blocked.
Let me get this straight. Russian lawyer, who had tweeted anti-Trump stuff is denied visa. Loretta Lynch's DOJ intervenes and let her in saying there were "extraordinary circumstances". She then contacts Trump Jr. and Kushner through some guy who had access to Trump Jr.
In the meantime another guy working for Fusion GPS, which is the anti-Trump organization that commissioned the fake piss dossier, somehow gets involved in all of this and is present in the meeting the Russian lawyer had with Trump Jr., Kushner and Manfort.
As if this wasn't already suspicious enough, Loretta Lynch, who let the Russian in without a visa, taps Manafort's phone during his meeting with the said Russian.
Remember when it was said Manafort spent the meeting looking at his phone? Wonder who Manafort was talking to on the phone during the meeting? Awkward and rude, not to mention suspicious. Did someone intentionally call him, or did he call someone? Big difference! How did Lynch know to tap only Manaforts' phone? They sought the FISA warrant, which was turned down. They illegal wiretapped anyway, then presented that illegal surveillance as evidence to get more FISA warrants.

People with access to the emails themselves would be limited though. The FBI may have them, the lawyers may also have them. Somehow after the crackdown in leaks in the FBI I don't think anyone would risk their career to leak it. Same deal with the lawyers, no one would be willing to risk their career and reputation. That leaves Goldstone as the obvious choice, and if my theory is correct he's under Putin's influence and only released it after Trump's meeting with Putin. It was discovered in doc review several weeks ago but not leaked until right after the Trump Putin meeting. Also, Manafort disclosed this to the FBI much earlier than three weeks ago, so the timeline for it being from the FBI is wrong.

Nah, the whitehouse leaked them with the permission of the president to shine a light on it. It's the perfect way to force the media to talk about Ukraine (which was ignored but is now being talked about). I'd go as far to say this is the case with all the leaks (or at least the lion's share) seeing as how every one of them has spectacularly backfired.
