I'm just back from a week in Prague, and I thought I'd share some of thoughts with you.
Context, I'm Irish, my gf is Czech (living in Ireland for years). I've been to several European cities, and I understand that Prague is tourist city, non reflective of the whole county.
>Beautiful Prague's architecture and parks are on par with Paris. The buildings, both historic and modern, were all well maintained and clean. Exceptions were the Soviet blocks on the North horizon and the graffiti (90% of it was anti-EU though)
>History and Culture The proud history of Bohemia and the Czech people was clear. Your food, beer and wine (loved Pilsner) are delicious symbols of national identity. Lots of museums had a patriotic tone and the amount of Orchestra performances and art galleries was a treat.
>Cost I understand that the Czech Koruna has been cucked by the EU/Eurozone. We had full meals (with drinks) for two come to less than €15. That's 1.5x our minimum hourly wage in Ireland, so it really made the whole trip very enjoyable and affordable. I do find the currency imbalance quite unfair. Your country is a scientific hub and industrial nation, and yet my tax haven homeland with no industry gives us almost double your average income. It's also sad to hear of Czech women turning to sex work to earn western wages in order to pay for college etc.
>People Your women are beautiful, I'd never been to a country where the majority of women are 8/10 or above. There are also no fat people. None. I literally didn't see an obese/overweight person of any age for the entire week. Also, my gf spoke Czech but nobody over 25 speaks a foreign language, strange for a tourist city. There are a lot of resident Vietnamese owning corner shops etc. I saw less than a dozen Africans, but all of which were working. Very few muslims but they all looked wealthy, I presume they were doctors.
Overall 8.8/10, will return. Have more babies and keep your country growing, it's the future.
I'd probably find a shapely stone to be attractive if I lived in Ireland

It's ridiculous isn't it?
People complain about Eastern Euro's coming here to earn money but at least they're bringing those Slavic genetics.
Easton Jenkins
Doesn't look that good
Carter Thompson
Are you triggered by the lack of Kebab Shops, Pierre?
Jacob Barnes
Post her feet.
Jordan Barnes
Paris doesn't look that good these day. Prague is not full of niggers. You had buetiful city. But when you can't clear your trash, it is just wasteland. Also these are just regular streets. Half of city looks like that.
Ryan Russell
> >Post her feet.
Parker Morgan
Exactly, these were just average buildings out near Dejvicka.
I'd rather live here than Paris, for my own safety and raising a family in the future.
Andrew Powell
It still has that nasty post-Soviet victim mentality
Jordan Lopez
I had a Czech friend in high school who would go visit his family there every summer. He used to bring back chocolates and snack cakes that were really good. I think one of them was called Fidorka or something
Easton Edwards
Fuck off they're full
Easton Cook
Yes, I have to agree with this to an extent.
In the museums it was very much proud Bohemian history, but 1930-90 was a case of 'oppression, lack of assistance, abandoned by allies'.
That is fair though isn't it?
The Munich Conference took was a lot of their industry and agricultural land, and the suffered the same fate as Poland regarding the growth of the USSR after WW2.
Dylan Ortiz
I'm on track for a spousal visa, enjoy your Obesity in the land of 54%.
Jonathan Gomez
Do you speak any of the language? I imagine it's a lot harder to learn for an English speaker than French/German/Italian etc
Jayden Garcia
czech whores have the best price/performance ratio
Logan Sullivan
I speak German and English so i thought I'd be okay.
Turns out nobody over 25 has any foreign language.
It is a very difficult language to learn, but I'll start learning once its released on Duolingo next week.
Kayden Powell
Best of luck mate, please ensure Czech stays great.
Elijah Jones
When I first saw that I thought it was ice cream. Then I clicked on it....
Nolan Russell
Czech here living in UK
Czech rep. has several issues 1) Low wages compared to Western europe, we are recovering slowly but it will take decades, funnily enough our economy slowed down since we joined the USSR v2.0 (EU) 2) Politicians are corrupt cunts and have absolutely no shame. They steal public money and retards still vote them in. Political scene is absolutely fucking tragic. 3) People are generally cunts, it always depresses me when I come back home. Cashiers in supernarkets are usually old bitter bitches and they barely aknowledge your existence when you interact with them.
Other than that it's bretty gud
Aaron Phillips
I was talking about architectural style
Ryder Williams
Could you guys just say that czechs are racist pig who hate niggers and muslims everywhere? And that we are poor as fuck or somethink. We have enough problems with gypsies and vietnamiese. We are already too much diverse. At least they dont racemix.
Lincoln Perez
Number 3) haha
Every Billa/Albert was full of old cunt cashiers, I thought they were being cold because I had no Czech, but even when my gf spoke to them they just ignored her
Carter James
What are your thoughts on Tomio Okamura? He seems like a pretty cool dude.
Dylan Young
I was in Prague last year on vacation. I liked it on the whole, Prague Castle was awesome. The metro was good as well. Had some excellent Vietnamese food.
Taxi ride to the airport was terrifying as the driver did 110 mph the whole way.
Brayden Bailey
The metro and infrastructure in general is Germany tier, really made the city easy to get around.
It was also great to not be worried about getting stabbed on the metro at night by gangs of Somalis. (London, Paris, Hamburg take note)
Hunter Butler
>I'd rather live here than Paris, for my own safety >Paris >safety
wew lad i've got some bad news for you
Jayden Jenkins
Stay out of Bohemia, you disgusting potato nigger
Justin James
You absolute Burg-tard, can you even understand basic Syntax?
You people really are retards, hope Kim nukes you all
Brody Clark
Looks like one of the building from Fascist-era in Italy.
Christian Price
Like this guy?
Leo Price
>shitposts about grammar >capitalizes syntax
pottery. enjoy your "safety"
Jack Taylor
Filthy city, police rushing every time you go out, lots of niggers and chinks, beer isn't that cheap. Some places are beautiful though like Križikove fontane. I guess I get that impression because I was at the center. I like the country's culture though.
Carter Clark
Nope, like this one.
John Sanders
Presume you meant 'poetry'?
Hard luck burger, maybe your fat fingers smashed the wrong buttons.
Wyatt Cox
Beautiful, is that in Cagliari?
Carter Long
>Presume you meant 'poetry'?
back to /reddit/ new friend
Asher Morgan
Yes. Have you been there?
Levi Lopez
I'd like to visit Italy soon, I was thinking Naples or Turin.
Cagliari seems nice, which cities have the least refugees/crime though?
Turin also seems very expensive
Owen Ortiz
I shared similar experiences. Very clean, nice people, astonishing culture (art, architecture) ... there are hidden gems everywhere (I discovered an art museum packed with works by Dali and Mucha, the later who I like very much).
There were, however, a few (very few!) beggars and tricksters (money exchange scams) but they looked like Gypsies ... well I guess that is part and parcel of being in the EU. The police watches out for the people though and they don't take much shit either.
The food and beer is amazing and it's pretty much affordable! I had a feast for something I would pay at a local Burger King in Germany. I tasted delicious and looked great. I took fotos because I couldn't believe what I was getting for my money.
I wish Germany could be like this but this is gone now.
Aiden Watson
I'm doing study abroad in prague next year. Any tips?
Ethan Perry
I think he is just a populist faggot. Our goal should be to become more of a free market USA style nation. Getting rid of welfare state would solve our gypsy problem (which is very small) and also fuck goverment leeches, it would also discourage "refugees" from settling here. Unfortunately current goverment is run by socialists and a multi-millionaire cunt who try their best to fuck small businesses.
Jason Perry
I was in the same museum, they've added Warhol now which actually wasn't as abstract and degenerate as I had thought.
I agree, I was in Munich and Berlin last year, expensive, degenerate and becoming more dangerous year by year.
V4 (Czech, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia) is the future and I hope they take in us western euros when our nations collapse.
Hunter Reed
Women were indeed gorgeous. My friend and I were there for the museums and were not disappointed at all. The undercroft where the partisans died was particularly cool. National Museum was being renovatrd, unfortunately.
Jose Jones
Learn Czech, it's on Duolingo from July 29th.
Also you're rich by Prague standards so rent somewhere nice to live, student accommodation is literally soviet era shithole flats.
Mason Flores
It's still being renovated! I'll probably go back when it's open.
Nathan King
>Cagliari seems nice Plenty of tourist there, many Germans and Chinese. They seem to like it, but I don't know what they find so exciting about it (maybe going there to study for almost 15 years has bored me). The city needs a lot of maintenance overall tough, parts of it are literally falling apart. Also too many immigrants in the main street and square (even tough we aren't on level of North Italy).
>which cities have the least refugees/crime though? Rome and Milan, I think, but it is not like you will get stabbed if you visit them. They are far from being Chiraq-tier.
Justin Jones
I know I'm in a minority here but I enjoy modern art, though I draw a line between the pseudo post modern 'special snowflake' art student 'art' and what I consider real 'artists', like Schmidt-Rottluff, Werner Tübke, Gustav Klimt and even many post-modern artists. I guess I would enjoy Warhol.
Because of this thread I really want to visit again soon.
Matthew Harris
>least Ops, Rome/Milan have the most. The least... well, you will have to go on the inside of central Italy/Sardinia. Poor, but beautiful, places where there are so little services that even Italian are running away from there.
Carson Ramirez
Yeah, Prague is great, one of the few European cities that still worth visiting. If you want more of the same visit St. Petersburg, its great like Prague, but bigger and more shit to do.
Brandon Taylor
Did you guys not get literally blown up by ISIS in the last 6 months?
Also, does anyone there speak a second language?
Ethan Kelly
Thanks for the info.
I think I'll try Naples and a few days in central Italy, east of Lazio.
Its cute when a summerfag makes a blog post about his few weeks interrailing and how the woman he met on it is going to be with him forever.
Also the sheer irrational anger when anyone points out flaws or negative aspects of his dream could only be that of a muck savage paddy. Your missus is only with you for the gibs and most likely will be very upset you want to live in her country rather than you looking after her in your country.
Blake Phillips
Thanks Mohammad.
Hope that razor fence of yours doesn't get pulled down anytime soon.
Gavin Roberts
I'm sure you've had a great summer wagecucking and wanking into socks.
Sorry if my post offended you!
Anthony Ross
As a Czech, this thread fills me with hope for civilization and good people. Thank all of You Anons for kind words about Prague, it will always welcome You. Maybe, at some fortunate point in future we can restore German, French and other countries capitals back to their former amazing glory so that we can all enjoy these cities with same satisfaction!
Thomas Young
Wasn't it 110 km/h? mph seem a bit overkill
Isaac Martin
I loved your enormous statue of Jan Zizka. Dude was fucking badass.
Josiah Watson
No it was MPH. We were FLYING through traffic in a BMW. It helped that it was like 4:30 AM.
Robert Gutierrez
Looks nice, I don't care about the haters. It's still better than many Muslim-infested cities in W Europe.
Dominic Hall
Haha! I knew I was right. You are an interrailing queer who found young love on the journey! Your post entertained more than offended.
Ah well enjoy your time with her while it lasts. When you grow up you'll learn that regardless of whether you are a wagecuck or not, you don't get the summer off. I'm sure you're earning €5 on the czech dole to support your NEET lifestyle you'll think twice about your stance on this.
Zachary Kelly
Thank you sir, indeed he was
Lucas Robinson
>Interrailing It was a direct visit.
>Found love on the journey Met in Ireland, we've been together years.
>Don't get the summer off Is someone jealous that they didn't swallow the /TeacherPill/?
Stop projecting your anger Seamus, it's okay.
Chase Sullivan
nonono this thread is all wrong we have lots of niggers and muslim sleeper agents be of no worry! come to prague yes stay there and spend those shekels, dont worry about us
Elijah Lee
Does your state keep weaponizing Israel?
Wyatt Garcia
Uh huh. Sure thing summerfag.
At most you're just a St.Pats student and its such a nigger tier attitude to have gloating about having 3 months off work with gibs. Meanwhile for the other 9 months of the year you're busy being a cuck indoctrinating children.
Always remember
>those who can't do, teach.
Juan Cox
who told you that chaim
Christian Edwards
>We reached the point when our third world slavic shitholes look like utopia to westerners
Evan Gonzalez
History? Your (former) state was one of the biggest supplier of weapons during the first war of Israel.
Kevin Cox
Prague has always been popular in Western Europe.
Luis Martin
it was soviet union agenda to lure israel to eastern block but they turned west so we stopped supplying them.
Joshua Harris
I do admit that czechs have beautiful cities (been to Česky Krumlov five times already), but trying to make a decent living in czechia or slovakia is absolute hell
Camden Murphy
This post fairly triggered you desu, I presume you must be a research scientist/neurosurgeon with those edgy quotes?
Liam Reed
You're a traitor to our people mixing with the likes of them. a bet male probably.
Noah Morris
fuck off ahmed you little pussy
Jackson Wilson
It's just quite obvious the whole thing. Beta male gets with the new, eurotrash immigrant fresh off the boat because they are low maintenance and don't have the high standards you need to meet like native women do.
Liam Powell
Well actually none of your posts previous contents do but secondary school teachers do piss me off because they moan all the time about their easy job, are responsible for the current state of Irish children and get three months off paid leave when they don't earn it.
Nope, I'm in banking but a medical research scientist or neurosurgeon would deserve extensive breaks considering the level of work they do but not a teacher.
Joseph Wright
Maybe if you are a brainlet. Prague IT sector salaries are on par with German IT sector in terms of purchasing power.
Jackson Sanders
fuck off, newfag. lurk more
Robert Gonzalez
I agree, Irish teaching is a joke.
The standards are rock bottom, the content is becoming more marxist and ultimately every 18 year old in Ireland has no skills and is utterly unemployable.
It's frightening to think our teachers have one of the highest average salaries in the world.
