Court Ruling Finds That Approval of Dakota Access Pipeline Violated the Law
>trump's day 1 distraction chicken
It's not even on the reservation, it clearly did not violate the law.
Supreme Court will once again have to tell these judges how to do their jobs.
It violated treaty law, thank god they showed respect for the rule of the law at least once.
It's not on the reservation and it's path was right next to another oil pipeline that has been there since the 80s.
These "judges" and savages need to be taken out back like a dog.
This
Literally NOTHING to see here, supreme court will Enact the ACTUAL LAW
Its running right next to an existing pipeline this makes no sense.
>court overrides court
It's almost like the rule of law means nothing.
They should cut all pipes and cables for power and water that goes to their land, and say they're following their wishes.
Time to rev up those blankets.
I just want lower gas prices. Fuck these useless chugs.

The language abuse is really going to bite us all in the ass far worst than it does already.
It's not illegal, it's undocumented.
It's not a law, it's a regulation.
Its not a treaty, it's an accord.
It's not genocide, it's diversity.
KEK. Let it burn.
Didn't they already build it?
unabomber was wrong
The Court did not determine whether pipeline operations should be shut off and has requested additional briefing on the subject and a status conference next week.
So, nothing burger. Also iirc the original story was that they had offered the tribe money to build it through its land and the tribe refused, hoping they could hold out for more money, and then they just rerouted it away from the reservation and off of Indian property.
