But you can't judge an entire group of people just because of the actions of a part of them.

It's not like the welfare system was designed for immigrants.
A lot of Europeans are on welfare themselves because of certain conditions (not finding a job/being disabled/ getting old)
Also, immigrants find jobs as fast as they can because those that are used to a fancy life cannot live off 1000€ a month so they work to make more than that, this leads to them paying taxes so basically the government isn't just giving them money for free.
Of course many immigrants have been on welfare for very long times and that is something that must be changed as fast as possible.
