The only way to make Brazil work is with eugenics and a very strict caste system, like the one seen in india. Now, I know that a hierarchy naturally forms because the whiter people tend to be smarter and therefore more successful, while the blacker ones tend to be favela monkeys. And I suggest forming this caste system by using DNA tests. We all know damn well that many of the people that self-identify as "white" in brazil are quadroons, mestizos, etc that would never pass for white anywhere outside of Brazil. Gene sequencing is becoming cheaper and cheaper, so use that technology to determine who is still pure (I would imagine just the relatively recent german/italian immigrants). Next caste would be the "at least I sort of pass for white" tier, who are like up to ~20% shitskin. Then the mestizos/pardos who are 50% shitskin. Then the full on niggers/indians. This system would entail all the standards of a caste system. Separate institutions. No personal association between castes. Full segregation. Lower castes aren't permitted in high-caste jobs/fields, etc.
On top of this, implement incentives to increase the higher caste birth rates while limiting the birth rates of the low castes. There are many ways to do this, without even needing to go full DOTR. Voluntary sterilization, axing the welfare state, giving financial incentives to high castes to have children, sterilizing criminals, etc.

Yes i can. Madeira and the Azores were discovered a bit before Brasil and were populated during the colonial period too. The difference was that the immigration there was 100% portuguese, there were no plantations. To this day they are part of Portugal and are culturally and genetically portuguese and function mostly like mainland Portugal.

we have small parties like NOVO, they aim at a minimum state, but they are like 2 years old, and they have no saying on anything in congress. i think they have elected one congressmen only that changed parties since NOVO is kind of a hardline party.

i really cant predict because of the following : we see that the judicial system in lower instances are trying to arrest corrupt people both on the private and in the public sector. Probelm is our law is broken, and only the private sector are getting arrested, elect politicians are protected by laws and the judiciary on the higher instances like supreme court is on those politicians side. So unless our constitution changes we wont be able to see change. Problem is the only people that can change it are being prosecuted, and it is not on their interest. We are in a full circle of shit i guess.

In my view a culture is the reflection of its people. If Brasil was 100% european, it would have 100% european culture and behaviour. Its the pattern with ex-colonies. The more demographically identical to the mother country the more the culture and behaviour resembles it. I really hope Brasil finds a way to educate and change the mindset of its people, but it would take a politician like the world has never seen.
