Says in the vid. Based on facial width-to-hight ratio (fWHR) - the relationship between the width of the face and its height (pic related).
So basically, the wider/more rectangular your face is, the higher your fWHR, the more testosterone you likely have, and the more overtly racist you are. The slimmer/more womanly your face is, the less testosterone you probably have, and the greater the likelihood you're covertly racist.
