I mentioned a low level state department employee because leaks from that department may as well be leaked by him and, much like he's a low level staff that came from the previous admin there may be many low level employees in the WH itself (analysts, stenographers, people that deal with internal correspondence or memo typing) that matches that profile or the one of that Reality Winner chick.
I came to that realization when preparing pic related: so many low level staff with potential for being the leaks (even people with clear foreign ascendancy, iranian or other moor origin) that it is stupid to assume leaks are coming from up top.
