This is pretty true based on personal experiences. I met a Slovenian woman, in her mid 30s at a party and she acted like European royalty, even correcting my English at times. Then once she got really drunk she started twerking. Now I don't know if that's Slovenian custom or if she was just brainwashed by our degeneracy. She had a nice thick ass though.
