The US has been exporting refined petroleum projects for decades, the dirty tanker embargo was lifted in December 2015 and since then the USA exports crude oil
Last week the USA exports 728k bpd of crude or over 5M barrels.
In addition, the US exports Liquefied Petroleum Gasses, propane and butane: >The US became a net exporter of LPG only in 2012 but since then overseas shipments have skyrocketed. The country exported 14 million tonnes (mt) last year, more than any other country. Propane accounted for 86 per cent of the loadings and butane 14 per cent.
The USA is also a Liquefied Natural Gas exporter, with the big Chenerie Energy Sabine Pass terminal coming online in 2016 in Lousiana.
