Who are the most overrated/underrated U.S. presidents?

I'll go first.

Overrated: Reagan, FDR, Clinton, Jackson, JFK, Wilson

Underrated: Bush 41, Coolidge, Carter, Nixon, Grant, McKinley, Cleveland

Heresy.

>Advocated for feel good economics popular with illiterate farmer crowd and plunged the country into a recession after killing its national banking system

Jackson was a badass and an interesting character, but he was pretty much illiterate when it came to actual governing

Jackson is underrated. In every list I've seen him in they knock him way down because muh indians

His economics were disastrous and put the country in a recession. Pandered to the illiterate farmer crowd with retarded feel good policies. Pretty sure nearly all historians point to the killing of the national banking system as a retarded move. Rolled back a lot of the good Hamilton had done for the treasury.

He put the supreme court in its place, and saved New Orleans with fucking pirates. Fuck off, pussy. We need another Jackson, send him into the supreme court and have him beat them with a whip.

>muh jewish banking system

Get out.

Coolidge was one of the best goyim presidents ever. He served Jews his entire life.

Getting rid of the Indians was one of his few good moves, I'm not arguing with that. He won the Battle of New Orleans after the war was already over so it didn't change anything, and that was before he was president, anyway.

I suggest you take a second look at his actual economic policies, or lack thereof, though. A national socialist like yourself should think them to be pretty shitty. He believed any type of planning or utilization of economic theories was blasphemous, and did more harm than good in the end. Just pandered to farmers with bullshit populism.

I mean Coolidge was a pretty rad dude and his are some of my all-time favorite quotes but the dude kind of screwed rural America in the 20's by refusing to give aid or subsidies to agricultural America despite the early-onset of the Great Depression in the regions once Europe stopped relying on American produce.

ITT: Self-labeled national socialists advocate for the complete opposite of what a national socialist economy should entail, and praise figures like Jefferson and Jackson who wanted to eliminate all planning and championed retarded farmer populism. Ok, Sup Forums ...

That doesnt take away from the man, and capitalism isnt that bad in a nearly totally white society. Whites play nice with whites, for the most part. Its when kikes corrupt everything that white people start acting like kikes themselves, to compete etc.

National Socialism is a defensive ideology, it doesnt spring up out of nowhere. Where were the communists at that time? They didnt exist. Try again.

That's cool and everything, but then don't call yourself a Nazi just because you want to gas the Jews. Hitler was staunchly opposed to free market capitalism

Ill triple post to point out a lot of the heavy industry wasnt around at the time, so there wouldnt be as much need to regulate private businesses. I dont know how corporate law worked back then, or if corporations even existed in the US at that time. These things matter too.

In Germany. Because of issues in Germany, that did not exist in America at the time. Rockwell said the constitution was the greatest document ever produced by man, it sounds like youre the one who doesnt know much about National Socialism. Its not about gassing kikes, kikes werent even gassed you fucking dunce, thats a meme and something we might see in the future, not something that happened.

Youre some kind of shill bent on D&Cing or something, you have some angle and youre pushing it intensely. Im going to let your thread die now.

You're missing my point. Whig party was advocating for policies a lot more in line with what came to be national socialism than the fucking rural "government should have nothing to do with the economy" democrats at that time. I'm just confused as to why there seem to be so many Jefferson/Jackson apologists among Nazis here when their views are so contradictory to one another. There's a lot more to national socialism then white supremacy

>feel good economics
Jackson was well read in Smith and Ricardo. He was hardly economically illiterate. He and Polk were the presidents who waged real war on the bankers and who we most need clones of today.
>His economics were disastrous and put the country in a recession.
>not understanding the business cycle
It's always a good thing to pop a bubble, especially when you take measures to stop new bubbles from forming. This is why Jackson was a genius. I think Jackson was the only president to eliminate the federal deficit. When the government received more tax revenue than its budget required, Jackson returned it to the taxpayers.

Overrated: Lincoln, Wilson, Teddy
Underrated: Polk

>Andrew Jackson
>7th U.S. President
>Presidential term: March 4, 1829 – March 4, 1837

However, there was still no limited liability and company members could still be held responsible for unlimited losses by the company.[22] The next, crucial development, then, was the Limited Liability Act 1855, passed at the behest of the then Vice President of the Board of Trade, Mr. Robert Lowe. This allowed investors to limit their liability in the event of business failure to the amount they invested in the company – shareholders were still liable directly to creditors, but just for the unpaid portion of their shares. (The principle that shareholders are liable to the corporation had been introduced in the Joint Stock Companies Act 1844).

The 1855 Act allowed limited liability to companies of more than 25 members (shareholders). Insurance companies were excluded from the act, though it was standard practice for insurance contracts to exclude action against individual members. Limited liability for insurance companies was allowed by the Companies Act 1862.

sage

Yeah probably from leftypol.

Worst? Woodrow Wilson, he gave the country to kikes.

Mfw I show up hoping to hear logical arguments about which presidents are rated too high/low because of ___ policy

>Muh Jews!!! President ___ sucks because Jews!!!11

The most Overrated would be Theodore Rosevelt and JFK. Teddy was done war monger autists that got depressed and changed his mind when his son was killed in war (its war, you fucking dolt, you were killing other people's sons when you were fighting).

JFK because he was a real sleezey weirdo that had so many health problems he wad to take a variety of mind altering drugs just to stay functioning. Stupid fucker almost led us to nuclear war a few times while under the influence.

Other overrated presidents would be Obama, Clinton, FDR, Lincoln, and Woodrow Wilson but most presidents have been unmitigated disasters honestly. America had historically had shit leadership.

Underrated are Andrew Jackson obviously. There really aren't many others since I don't like most of our presidents anyways.
