Growing up with niggers and going to school with niggers is going to lead to different answers than some suburban lefist who had one in his drama school. Young negroes are legitimately dangerous as shown by endless statistics and jail population so I do avoid them and feel unsafe in nearly any situation. Although I've worked with niggers who were almost always brotier in manual labor jobs and I enjoyed having them as coworkers even over whites.

there are things to know about blacks. when passing them, dont look affluent or afraid. theres something about people when you look at them; if you look at a white person they will recognize youre looking at them but they might ignore you altogether. if you look at a chink they will not notice even if youre staring for minutes. blacks are hyper aware and if you look at them they will notice immediately and return your look, so in order to not be caught off guard you have to look angry all the time

As said before, it's dependent on location. Where I live I feel relatively at ease because the ones here are pretty nonviolent. However when I visited Wichita, KS I was on edge because the gas station near the hotel had barred windows.

In the city I live in there are stories every single day of "teens" randomly attacking people in broad daylight. Black youths(male and female) from 12 to 28 are just dangerous. Avoid them.

I took a trip to Japan this summer and everywhere I went--Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, other smaller towns, etc, people could just leave their bikes around unlocked without worrying about it being stolen.

They've become worse and worse over the recent years (i suppose the influx of peaceful "refugees" from "progressive, non-primitive" societies did it's part) - it's okay as long as there is daylight (preferably with many non-blacks/non-arabs around, that helps preventing something from happening), but don't you dare wander around in the evening or night, when you can find barely anything except black and arab groups on the streets. If you happen to be asian or white, chances are good that single grouplings spotting you will attempt to start something, which then results in their equally worthless friends joining in on the fun. It's especially dangerous in Underground-Rail and Trainstations (as well as in the waggons themselves).
You may not have a hard time understanding why this is the case (if your flag is accurate), but it really is that way. And our Justice System (as most of the others in europe, i guess) really encourages that sort of violence from blacks or arabs against asians or whites:
- being black or arab gives you an instant race bonus (being muslim adds even more to it); you can do the most vile shit and still get away with weak punishments, simply because too many of our judges are either extremely left-oriented (idolization of anything black or arab) or afraid to be demonized as "nazi/islamophobe" if they decided on an appropriate punishment.
- Arabs and Blacks know this and use it to fuck people up regularly
- since they don't punished severely, and actually suing them might cause them to "permanently damage your health" in response, you will often see victims simply push their cases aside instead of trying to bring their attackers to justice
- actually, suing them can backfire anyway if the left press finds out about it. Enough rabid leftwing-activists branding you as "rightwing-extremist" will destroy your social life
- harming an attacker in self defense might result in a lawsuit for racial hatred
