Because Sup Forums is a large collection of people and to say the least, even a downie could browse for 5 minutes and understand a general consensus exists amongst people that they subscribe to similar ideologies or certain beliefs. Being against abortion is one of those things.
Out of curiousity, what arguments have you got for being pro-abortion? On that note, the only argument on Sup Forums I've heard that's pro-abortion is to keep the shitskins numbers down a bit. It's inexcusable to have more babies dying annually via abortion than died in both world wars, being able to decide life or death in the womb promotes irresponsibility in women and the general practice is disgusting. That last one is an emotional appeal but have you seen an abortion op performed? There's videos on liveleak, worse than gore tbqh.
Britain hasn't had a monarchy worth speaking of since 1688. This country has been had a parliament since 1200 AD though. High Toryism is pro-monarch, and the majority fought on the side of the monarch in the Glorious Revolution which is what destroyed the reigning king or queens role in politics in this country forever, which only reinforces my point you don't know what the fuck High Toryism is.

A fetus can't survive on its own. It is fully dependent on its mother's body, unlike born human beings. Even if a fetus was alive, the "right to life" doesn't imply a right to use somebody else's body. People have the right to refuse to donate their organs, for example, even if doing so would save somebody else's life. The "right to life" also doesn't imply a right to live by threatening somebody else's life. Bearing children is always a threat the life of the mother (see below). A "right to life" is, at the end of the day, a right to not have somebody else's will imposed upon your body. At the end of the day, If men get someone pregnant they can run away like wogs usually do. Women kind of can't. Also, I don't see why it beeing bloody should be a reason against it. Kidney transplants involve a lot of blood all over the operating theatre sure, but we dont' let people die from Kidney disease because of the ungodly sights you might see during the operation.

That is not enough, there are other viable solutions to that problem than the downward cultural and societal effects that abortion has both directly and in the long term. As I said, the irresponsibility it promotes amongst women is devastating.
