Shitty state fair rides are much, much more dangerous to ride simply due to the nature of the fact that they're set up and taken down every year rather than being a permanent structure.

Lmao it's the same few companies in these areas that set up for the county and state fairs. They make millions in only a few weeks. They don't want to get sued. This is 2017, the current year.
