McConnell has introduced the "Health Care Freedom Act of 2017" aka skinny repeal to the Senate Floor
Current whip count is 51-50 (Pence tiebreaker) with Collins and Murkowski as NO votes. McCain is the only vote that is not a YES on the record.
VOTE is expected to take place at Midnight EDT (roughly thirty minutes from now) and Pence plans to be in attendance in that time in the likely event they need his tiebreaking vote (per Fox's Chad Pergram).
