Yes it excels in the parts you mentioned, but it looks like dogshit because it was made by 5 guys in a small apartment in Tokyo. It was a multi work project spanning a game, anime and manga. The game shut down a year ago but they had all the shit booked for the anime so they had to go with it, so they made it with as little expenses as possible.
