Don't follow a religion and your life will be better. You just need to accept the fact that when you die, you're done and there is nothing left for you do. So live life to the fullest while you're here and do everything you want to do before you die. Enjoy your eternal sleep, you deserve it.

Pagan
I was always frustrated about religions feeling fake and distant, paganism is not causing that feeling in me and it is very appealing to my sense of justice
Not much, but more and more I see things more mysterious as I used to
There has to be some entanglement in this world, too many coincidences happens in my everyday life to be ignored. Dreams come true, ideas keep coming to my head until something happens related to them etc
Judeo religions always seemed fake and gay to me, I was forced to go to church and only thing I enjoyed was looking at the architecture and bats flying in church
Right, liberal but with a great respect to taboos. Not everything should be talked about. "If nothing is sacred anymore then what are we fighting for".

Ex-christian pagan. When I was practicing christianity everybody would hate me, things would go bad for me, I would be sickly and my family fell in poverty, paganism has given me prosperity back.

Catholic because its the religion of my father and his father and his father and his father and so on I think about it every day and I think that any religion is better than no religion because it's a good tool for thought my beliefs and morals have been more influenced by either Tolstoy or Marcus Aurelius, and there's nothing wrong with that. I think people should stick with the religion that their born with and show loyalty to that God. I'm sure God will see more good in that than someone who gives in to conversion (and in doing so shaming all of their ancestors who believed in the same religion). The only exceptions to this are protestants and atheists because they are schisms/rebellions in themselves and should be avoided. Peter Hitchens
Aaron Jones
Orthodox Christianity Because I went to chuch and felt something and also because it's the creed of my people and has been for nearly 2 millenia. I pray everyday and conisder myself a good fearing man All are heretics and heathen but some are simply dumb innocent and ignorant and some simply make me wish Vlad the Impaler was here. I like fascism except the retarded views on economics and the fact that half of the fascist leaders were just failed commies.

Agnostic Because its the only objective stance on religion It doesnt have effect. Striving for perfection. Self Improvement both mentally and physically. I dislike religion, but I wont treat a person who follows one differently, unless he is threatening in some way. Culturally conservative technocracy

Pagan because it's values keeps my mind and body strong, instead of being a weak nihilistic hermit. >your political ideology in one sentence (or more) Minarchism, personal freedoms and minimal state, but strong religion to keep up ethics and community. >attitude towards other religions Keep it isolated, buckos.
Dylan Watson
And I missed the core beliefs: Nihil Sine Deo. Free will. Basically without god there is nothing and nothing matters, the world turns into nihlistic hell and free will is self explanatory.
Jordan Russell
Christian I can't be an atheist because the materialist philosophy of the mind that goes without makes no sense to me, and the historical basis for Christianity seems pretty good. Very Standard Baptist stuff really, except I'm not a Biblical inerrantist and I'm sympathetic to modalism. All false but some relatively harmless. Fairly right-wing about everything except drugs (I think they should be decriminalised).
Aiden Rodriguez
I ordered a book from an ex-member, it's a compilation of books, from Michael Kelly, supposedly from TOS material. Apohis, Dragonscales and so on. Is it gud? Should I become a member instead?
My creed is based in if God favours me or not, and christianity made God hate me, you can tell by people being unfavourable to you and economy being unfavourable to you as well.
Ryan Adams
Basically Pagan but my own religion. It's essentially ancestor worship with a twist. Respect and honor the traditions and beliefs of those who came before me in my bloodline while at the same time, realizing that I am responsible for the traditions and beliefs of those who follow in my bloodline. Since I'm a white northern European, pagan seems the only honest way to go. All deities are fake anyways, why not teach your kids about the ones most connected to your ancient roots? Religion is important to family cohesion. Also paganism is practiced during nature walks on the weekend with the family, looking at birds and trees. Its clean and wholesome.

Muslim. Because I was born into it. one of things that hit me the most is being born on earth and being conscious. I have seen and felt the feelings of Allah and his power over all. I cant go a day without thinking that something isn't being overlooked by god. i follow the shia sect. I try and worship god because he is worthy of worship.

All in all, straying from God - and with it, the destruction of faith and core family - brought and continues to bring down society. And as long as we're not reversing the blasphemy, there will be no hope for it other than praying every day so that we may stand strong in the face of degeneracy, blasphemy, death and destruction, and that we may receive salvation at judgement day

I think that's a broad definition of Nihilism, existentialist to be sure. When I think of Nihilism I think of people either devolving to their basest of desires or not caring about life at all.
If one person believes in an Afterlife and God, and that all he has to do to get in is be a 'good person' and literally spend every waking moment of his life watching TV so he never does anything sinful and another person doesn't believe in an Afterlife and despite that lives a life you could write 20 novels and movie scripts about, is the second person truly more 'Nihilistic'?

Core beliefs: >gotta do right by your fellow man, if he lashes out on you, that's more than enough to leave then for dirt on the floor. Be humble, and keep helping yourself, so you can help others.
Importance Can't really say it's important, occasionally I read psalms and proverbs for praise and wisdom. I like christian worship music, they make great music. See youtube video.
Attitude: >I certainly don't agree with them on a belief level, but if you feel that's the reason why we are here, do your thing as long as your thing doesn't violently affect another. >I figure I'm a nationalist republican with some decent enough liberal social values.
I'd say my background in Christianity helps my morals a bit, and makes me especially hate false christians and who take it as a game. Very disrespectful.
I represent you guys the true power and structure of ideology, structuring your mind as much and deep you can, the phenomenological method or with my interpretative twist as active nihilism.
Why reduce your potential in a single frames like judaist, christian, pagan? Make an inquiry in all fields of religion and grab what is useful to you. Mind was meant to expand and ascend so anyone who says otherwise in some way is just speaking from his reduced mind.
Jordan Peterson basicly points out that with an inquiry into religion you are creating and structuralizing you own consciousness, more exactly subconscious. I must also point out here that subconscious as a concept is heavily infested with leftist way of thinking. Also Hegel said that religion alone do not offer full enlightment.
Ayden Reyes
But what if the frame of Christianity is what I think is the most aesthetic, the most useful and the most satisfying for me to belong to?

You are creating your subconscious either way. Im just offering wider perspective through scientific method. Note that God has no "religion", the religion is there for God. And God does interact with me, pretty often even when I'm praying. The consequence of your argument is that I'm stupid and delusional for being Christian. But when He interacts with me, does that mean that my God is your God then. Recognizing the sun as the supreme benefactor of the material world, Hermetists believed that there was a spiritual sun which ministered to the needs of the invisible and divine part of Nature--human and universal. Anent this subject, the great Paracelsus wrote: "There is an earthly sun, which is the cause of all heat, and all who are able to see may see the sun; and those who are blind and cannot see him may feel his heat. There is an Eternal Sun, which is the source of all wisdom, and those whose spiritual senses have awakened to life will see that sun and be conscious of His existence; but those who have not attained spiritual consciousness may yet feel His power by an inner faculty which is called Intuition." Apuleius said when describing his initiation (vide ante): "At midnight I saw the sun shining with a splendid light." The midnight sun was also part of the mystery of alchemy. It symbolized the spirit in man shining through the darkness of his human organisms. It also referred to the spiritual sun in the solar system, which the mystic could see as well at midnight as at high noon, the material earth bring powerless to obstruct the rays of this Divine orb. The mysterious lights which illuminated the temples of the Egyptian Mysteries during the nocturnal hours were said by some to he reflections of the spiritual sun gathered by the magical powers of the priests. The weird light seen ten miles below the surface of the earth by I-AM-THE-MAN in that remarkable Masonic allegory Etidorhpa (Aphrodite spelt backward) may well refer to the mysterious midnight sun of the ancient rites.

I'm a Christian. I'm not sure of the denomination yet. I was raised Catholic by an agnostic atheist and a Jewish convert. I went through some dark times early on in my life. When I was in elementary school, the only hope I had in this world was that a happy accident would take my life. I always kept God in my mind throughout then even still. I had a self-awareness about me, and I knew that straying from God would always be a personal failure which I could never blame on anyone or anything else. I knew that nothing I experienced could actually justify such a thing. Maybe that's why I, today, so admire the notion of a God who has seen all the worst things throughout history. Back then, though, little in Christianity resonated with me. I felt simultaneously that its lofty arguments failed to address the horrible situation I was in, but that my situation was so low that it didn't warrant being considered in the first place. Great systems shouldn't be trifled with small tragedies. Eventually I started experimenting with Taoism because its talk of duality worked very well with my ideas about contrarianism. When I learned that Taoists believe in Chi, I dropped it. Then I started getting into nihilism, which REALLY meshed with my personal philosophies. Nihilists are very enlightened about ego and are staunch realists in argument. Still, I prayed every day. I turned sharply towards Christianity when I realized how to mesh the two ideologies together. Nihilism places a strong emphasis on heroism and, I realized, so does God. Our world is God's artwork. See the painting in this picture and realize what the artist was trying to do. He was trying to capture and portray glory. God did the same, but on an infinitely greater scale.
Nathan Gutierrez
Nihilism, like all ideologies, manifests itself on an individual level (depression, suicide) and a group level (collectivism, murder).
Ayden Ortiz
Catholic I've always been Catholic. I've thought of leaving before but after talking with friends and watching Rev. Bishop Robert Barron, I'm convinced that the Catholic Church is the one true, holy, apostolic Church. God so loves mankind he sent his only son to die on the cross. I like to study other religions, they're really intriguing. I don't really hate anybody but Muslims. I am socially conservative and I believe in a state-sponsored free-market, i.e. a state should control what foreign companies may do in their market.
Lincoln Wright
Admit to it, you do not believe "nothing", but you believe in nothing and have no basis to do so. Your eternal sleep may as well happen as eternal rainbows and unicorns. No basis to think any of the two needs to happen.
