They can't get a job after school, so they study at an institute all day to try and learn skills. They live in a study room that is about the size of a walk in closet. Its too financially uncertain of a time to start a family there. There are no good jobs and a starting a family costs more now. You can't start a family when you are in an entry level job that doesn't pay enough for you to buy a car.
