Ok, come on now. Look at map related. There are several African countries with a fertility rate of 2-3 kids per woman. Those countries are the ones with a higher GDP per capita.
So yes, wealth is related to fertility. If we want to stop the massive population growth in Africa, we need to invest there alongside family planning programs. If we can get all of these red and purple countries down to green and yellow, we have succeeded. And that is entirely possible in the next 15 years with funding just as much as required for a few aircraft carrier groups.

There might be a reason for the sharing. It's investing into communal obligations, which will be very important if there is war or a natural disaster. In a sense, they are not stupid, they are buying "insurance" on a barbarian continent. They assume that wealth is accidental and can't be kept, so it makes sense for them to stop fertilizing the fields and to spread the gains to the wider kin. This also gives their kinship HIGHER REPRODUCTION SUCCESS, which would be the evolutionary fit strategy.
I'm just saying there are often reasons for local traditions/customs. They often result in something beneficial, but hidden.

The problem with niggers in Africa is that they will always breed to the point of starvation. There are no pensions, no security, nothing. The only thing you have to take care for you when/if you grow old are children, so they get as many as they can. This used to be 2-3 maybe 4 and they'd be starving but surviving. More children is better for them, because it implies they have more providers later in life.
