Of course it is. The problem is getting people to switch over. Normies don't actually care about censorship except when it involves porn.
A video platform that combined both porn and normal videos could make a fortune if you could separate SFW and NSFW content properly without damaging search potential, or impacting on related videos. You also have to try and poach content creators from youtube itself which poses a problem with certain contracts and the sheer wealth that you'd have to contend with in terms of incentives to switch.
That said, you'd have a devil of a time trying to set the thing up, especially if you wished to stay on the right side of copyright law.

Expect new alternatives popping up over the next 2-10 years. Any current alternative distributor to youtube won't have the "new" feel that everyone craves and will therefore not gain any traction whatsoever. A lot of the new ones will fail or quickly cashgrab on the hype with subscriptions etc. The most likely candidates to succeed would be an already established company/website such as kikebook or leddit as they have a large userbases and can easily promote content to new people.
