It may help to tell us why you think it's immoral and unsustainable first, then we can go from there. Capitalism is the only system that have universally increased income and living standards of the entire world. Even third world people are better off with capitalism on the other side of the world.

Duh, but that type of private property isn't compatible with market capitalism. Instead of making transactions, you would just use force to take stuff. You would have capitalism, but without markets and transactions. In order for capitalism to have meaningful markets and transactions, it needs a state to act as a moral arbiter. You don't NEED a state to act as a moral arbiter, because taking other's property by force isn't the universally best course of action. It might certainly be in my interest to voluntarily respect someone's claim to property, if at least until I get an opportunity to do otherwise, should one ever present itself.
In other worlds, holding to the NAP under every circumstance is not the same as holding to the NAP when, and only when, it benefits me. (The former is spooky, the latter is not.) In fact, since you love appeals to Stirner's ghoulish dick, he even directly states this very idea early on in his first relevant work.

Capitalism isn't inherently moral because inherent morals do not exist.
Additionally, there is no evidence that it is unsustainable and, in fact, capitalism has lead to the most sustainable world in the modern era. Also: who gives a damn if something is sustainable or isn't, even if it isn't sustainable forever, it'll be sustainable for your entire life, which is all that SHOULD matter to you.
I think this comes from a basic thought that society is somehow not also under the basic laws of how the universe works. It's my belief that it doesn't not matter what system you are under, there is always the risk that you're going to have immoral actors screwing over others for their own benefit. You're right that capitalism has this risk and so does all other systems; whether it's authoritarian despots, which we often see arise out of socialist and communist systems, pure democracy's tyranny of the majority or draconian, decadent rule of monarchs.
The truth is that there is no system that will deliver you from the basic principles of reality, this includes the fact that people are going to die. You can spend the rest of your live fretting about how to hypothetically give people a better and longer life, but understand that there are no pure solutions; only tradeoffs.
Capitalism, unlike other systems, is the only one that takes the trends of human interaction and the basic laws of nature into account. If you have a capitalist system, then there are methods to undermine detrimental, immoral actors within society. You can refuse to give an immoral corporation your business and many people will do the same. You cannot refuse the government in the same way, because they hold the power to change the legal and governmental framework in their favor.
This is why I generally don't like the government interfering in the market, whether is bank bailouts, no bid contracts, etc. These things aren't capitalism, but corporatism.

People say he is leftist because he was a contemporary with Karl Marx, who by the way vehemently wrote against him. They also say he's leftist because he doesn't worship arbitrary property rights/capitalism.
He isn't even anti-capitalism in the lefty sense, he's anti-EVERYTHING that serves to undermine an individual, which simply includes capitalism. An egoist doesn't have any problems with capitalism, so long as the egoist participates in capitalism only as a means to an end for the egoist's goals, and not for the sake of capitalism itself (or any other related spooks, i.e. religion, state, etc).
They also conflate Stirner's personal position on things to all egoists, which is completely absurd.
Stirner's writing is based, I would recommend reading it, but he doesn't hold your hand through the ideology. Observe this paragraph from the middle of his text:
"Do I write out of love to men? No, I write because I want to procure for my thoughts an existence in the world; and, even if I foresaw that these thoughts would deprive you of your rest and your peace, even if I saw the bloodiest wars and the fall of many generations springing up from this seed of thought — I would nevertheless scatter it. Do with it what you will and can, that is your affair and does not trouble me. You will perhaps have only trouble, combat, and death from it, very few will draw joy from it."
He is beyond the arbitrary concepts of left vs right. Individualism according to Stirner is all about self interests...everything else is a spook
