Rwanda went from full on genocide in the 90s to a sizeable economic growth a decade later. Rwanda is besides Kenya and South Africa the only countries with legit economic growth. It's interesting how the EU is making it more difficult to import goods from countries such as Rwanda, but is more than willing to shell out billions in aid money
