Refugees that enter the U.S. before age 14 graduate high school and enter college at the same rate as natives
Refugees that enter the U.S. between ages 18-45 have poor outcomes initially with low employment, high welfare use, and low earnings
After six years, refugees that entered the U.S. between ages 18-45 are working at higher rates than natives
Using the NBER TAXSIM program, the authors estimate that refugees pay $21,000 more in taxes than they receive in benefits over their first 20 years in the U.S.

Are refugees a burden on the taxpayer? New evidence suggests that, with a long enough perspective, the answer is no. Evidence from the ACS find that over their first 20 years in the United States, refugees who arrived as adults aged 18-45 contributed more in taxes than they received in relocation benefits and other public assistance.
The researchers calculate on average, the U.S. spends $15,148 in relocation costs and $92,217 in social benefits over an adult refugee's first 20 years in the country. Over that same time period, the average adult refugee pays $128,689 in taxes — $21,324 more than the benefits received.

now add the losses in wages for the native population

>Implying they deserve the pay for losing their job to migrants

that's great if true, OP, but I'm not sure if it *is* given that something like 90+% can't read or write at a basic level so are almost completely unhireable

also, the culture difference (aka the greater violence and rape from refugees) is kind of a big deal regardless of any financial opportunities they might bring.

am refugee. can confirm.

you Americans are lazy and need us refugees to attend your schools, take your jobs and pay your taxes.

Nobody is saying that all refugees are useless. But that is also irrelevant. Those who come to the United States generally do so to work. But your analysis is wrong.

a): a very large number of migrants to the US are white Europeans who are propping up the numbers
and
b): pic related

>The researchers constructed lifecycle profiles for refugees by extrapolating data from the 2010-14 American Community Survey.

The article specifically talks about refugees, not general migration. In saying that, everything is relative and refugees are strongly vetted so filter out the undesirables. Still, being a drain for 20 years until you finaly start contributing is hardly something to celebrate.

Legal refugees that passed our rigorous vetting. Not admeds looking for gimmedats.

>The article specifically talks about refugees, not general migration.

Must've forgotten about that fact while I was half way through typing. But that is also somewhat irrelevant, too. How different would refugees in monetary numbers be from non-refugee migrants? Little to none I would wager.

Hey

""they never attain the earning levels of U.S.-born respondents""

So you're saying we take the brightest of these foreigners out of their homeland, where they might make a positive change with their talents, and assure that their native land will be left with the decrepit and stupid?

Thats pretty fucked up that you want foreigners to live in eternal suffering while we steal all of their goods and assure they will never rise out of poverty and war.
How do you explain yourself?

>colleges
You mean the places that accept applicants with a bonus for having dark skin?

How come these retarded faggots never think of this?

This is the only line that seems to work in penetrating the brainwashing. You must appeal to their emotional attachment to brown people.

Is this natives group indians or all americans including blacks and mexicans.

Usually means all Americans if they are talking about non-Americans. What they meant was probably people born and raised in America.

>the study that conviently only considers working age men and not the women, children, and elderly people, all of which are much more expensive and require more welfare and healthcare costs
I'm getting tired of debunking the same studies on Sup Forums all the time...
