Logical arguments aginst the use of marijuana

What are some logical arguments against the use of marijuana? I personally believe weed (and drugs in general) are degenerate but I cannot logically argue it. Anecdotally, most of the stoners I've met are all borderline retarded but ancedotes are not a logical argument.

Drugs screw over your own reward system.

Instead of being rewarded with neurotransmitters for actually achieving things you reward yourself for destroying yourself.

It does not give you new neurotransmitters it just takes the ones out of your storage you would need otherwise.

So you actually donĀ“t become more happy from drugs, they just take happiness as a credit which your organism has to pay back for a long time.

Stop doing any drugs, after some months you will get high by doing fun stuff, and you will strive to actually get stuff done to feel good about yourself.

Weed and other drugs are a massive waste of potential.

Maybe you can't logically argue against it because there are legitimately no arguments to be made. It cures cancer for Chris's sake.

Massive waste of potential isn't a great arguement cause it'd make you look like you want to control other people.

I'm all for looking into extracting compounds from marijuana for medical reasons, which is irrelevant to recreational use.

you don't see the consequences until old age, but they build up over decades of doing it. look at that idiot gary johnson, you don't have to be slow at that age but you make yourself that way.

If you aren't stupid with cannabis the only down side to it is money.
It's just like alcohol have some self control, if you can't control yourself when you are high. You probably don't deserve to be high, cause you reinforce the negative stereotypes and make it harder for the rest of us.

I wish goy quentin was still amongst us

...

Marijuana laws keep blacks in jail where they belong so I support keeping it criminalized and dropping scheduling to II so that further testing for medicinal uses can take place.

The fact is, middle and upper class Whites do not go to jail for drugs unless they associate with niggers, so drugs being illegal has literally no effect on my life if I choose to use them.

...

I've tried over 45 different drugs and I have a masters, almost phd in philosophy

I'm the smartest guy I've ever met, and I've taken more drugs than anyone I've ever known

I think it's just that retard fuckups are attracted to drugs, and it gives them a bad name

Jesus drank wine
Buddha drank tea
Alah did nothing an fucked lolipuss

you're not a pedo, are you?

Why do you need arguments? Just look at the marijuana smokers. Isn't that enough to make up your mind?

...

...

Dude, don't give him actual answers. This is a by the books troll thread.

...

Well...shit.

>jail
>where they belong
No, the belong in the ground, with their flesh giving nitrogen to our crops

>memory loss
>unable to do anything while high most of the times
>can lead to schizofrenia or psychotic breakdowns

about enough don't you think?

Can't argue there. They'd be the most useful to society since the good old days.

Cannabis used to be OK, but modern variations contain so much THC that psychosis as a result of cannabis use is quite common. Just go to any psychiatry ward in any hospital, doesn't matter where, and you'll find cases there.

I'm not making this up, I've talked to several doctors who work there. But of course denial is strong in the MJ camp, and they will deny obvious facts until it happens to them or to a friend of theirs.

not denying that its possible, but i think you would find that pretty much all of those cases were people that had the mental issue previously or were predisposed to it genetically

I would also guess the at the least 80% of those cases the person was using more then just pot

Thank you

I am against weed though

Calling out the stoner's fallacy is not a valid way to debate

Anecdotes are not a valid argument

I am on vacation here in Taiwan and just learned that the punishment for drug trafficking in most of Asia is death. I think this is great but cannot logically argue its position.

There is literally nothing wrong with light psychedelics like LSD and weed.
They are not least addictive as heroin that they are compared to and they are about as dangerous as alcohol or tobacco but those aren't banned.

What's wrong isn't the occasional usage it's the community surrounding such drug (like "pot culture").
These portray drugs to be "cool" among kids and that they should be doing it every single day which turns them into degenerates (not that adults never JUST their lives with drugs kids are just more susceptible to this kind of propaganda).
That doesn't mean the government should ban weed, lsd or cigarettes for legal adults.
