SB-4 is an immigration bill that forces Texas to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement. Cities and counties refused to cooperate by refusing to give inquiry of anyone's immigration status and much less cooperation with deportation. You also have other groups and hispanic unions that are trying to stop this. But it's already coming to effect on Sept. 1 so we're good.
