Saudi Arabia is a corrupt oppressive monarchy that deserves to balkanize.
The coastal area between Mecca and Medina deserves to be administered by a neutral state similar to the papal state of old that doesn't get involved in middle eastern politics or anything and welcomes all muslims.
Different Saudi tribes deserve to be broken apart into smaller states and independent republics, and the shiites close to the Persian gulf deserve complete independence as do the shiites near Yemen. Saudi Arabia and the other gulf states are legitimized post-colonial juntas that are defended and supported for their oil by western powers despite their governments not changing in the slightest in the past hundred years. The only thing lower than the KSA is Israel.
