Eventually I'm going to change the format back to normal or somebody else is.
Jayden Jones
Bomber Rimmer has been hospitalised for eating a coffee machine.
Isaac Flores
Lads throw out what every single book on course on English law has ever told you, we're a civil law nation now.
James Sanchez
no
Ryder Morgan
>no qt cornish nationalist gf
Samuel Watson
anyone else think the Belfast accent is sexy as fuck ?
Isaiah Fisher
>Da Kween nevur dun it befaw, sew it carnt 'appen!
t. Eddie
Dylan Lopez
Is it like Scottish nationalism or Irish nationalism ?
Owen Thomas
>Da Kween nevur dun it befaw, sew it carnt 'appen!
t. Precedence
Gavin Brooks
I know right! Why does everyone keep talking about presidents Kek we have a prime minister idiots lol.
Luis Baker
How shit would an EU army be?
Jayden Perez
>t. Precedence
Why should she obey it?
Jayden Price
It'd be awesome because we Napoleonic state now. I fucking love civil law.
Gavin Brooks
Better than a British army anyway cum boy
Cameron Thompson
What did you have for dinner Kevin?
Robert Richardson
It's not that she should or shouldn't, it's that she will and you're wrong and now LARPing.
Adrian Gonzalez
Will get civil war 2 if the queen starts poking around in politics
Jackson Anderson
I know right! It's not as if it's the entire basis of English law since 1066.
Adrian Wood
What do *you* actually think would happen if she did not appoint a new prime minister after a general election and instead made some right wing nationalist one instead? Despite the fact this would obviously never fucking happen, what do you think would happen? You think she would last long do you?
Anthony Mitchell
>it's that she will
Just because she will, doesn't mean she should! She's not obligated to obey precedence.
Juan Gonzalez
Parliament would overrule her, forcing her to step down, as they are sovereign
William Ross
No, but there's no law against her doing it.
Wyatt Gray
We are being replaced, but it's not by beautiful trees that are coming out of the ground.
Jayden Martinez
That's you LARPing versus us telling you how it is. This has gone on for 3-4 hours now, and you've been wrong so many times its ridiculous.
Christopher Collins
Be careful, he'll make that tired point about the Diana flag before long. He loves to crowbar that into any argument he's losing (which is all of them, as thick as pigshit as he is).
William Nelson
I didn't say there was a law against her doing it, I asked what you think would actually happen in reality?
David Williams
Hey lads
Aaron Cox
>mfw we will get to actually fight people on the continent again >Dunkirk was just all one big rallying call
Alexander Bennett
I've been right. All along I've said she should have spoken out.
Then you say, "but she won't", which means nothing to me. I know she won't, she's too frightened, that's not the point
Alexander Ward
>the sky is green >>No it's not, look up >Oh that same tired point You can't just dismiss a point that BTFOs you every single time because I use it to BTFO you every single time. Also it's not relevant here.
Levi Stewart
Obviously she'd be deposed. Doesn't mean she couldn't do it.
Daniel Hernandez
What did you have for dinner, Kevin?
Andrew Rodriguez
...
Ryder Gutierrez
Seems to me like they broke precedence there.
>Eddie BTFOing himself again
Ian Butler
You've changed your point in your attempts to be right so many times that you've probably deluded yourself into thinking that, but you must feel, at the very least, humiliated or educated seeing as how wrong you've been over the last 3 hours. And I took a break for an hour inbetween.
Daniel Myers
If she seized total power and gets deposed, how the fuck has she seized total power? Christ you're thick as fuck.
Ayden Howard
how good would it be to be raped in the bum ? Obv consensual But like kinky pretend rape with an older guy y'know ?
Nathaniel Jackson
Yep, commie infested.
Oliver Scott
Get some of the good stuff in you
Zachary Smith
Anyone read A Brief History of Crime? Rightly? I'm kind of intrigued but I'm tempted to just get Abolition of Britain.
Ethan Ortiz
Dunkirk was such a badly timed film... this nonsense about British exceptionalism. Britain has been struggling to find it's place in the world for a long time now and it's only going to get more isolated after Brexit. The size of the uneducated ignorant underclass in this country is a fucking millstone around it's neck, it's honestly embarrassing, and it's going to drag us down.
Aaron Morris
Not really, my point was consistent from the beginning, and the fact is Eddie and his anonymous friend have been wrong, over and over again.
Part of me thinks they've just missed the point I was trying to make.
Ethan Campbell
Earlier, Rightly So was having another argument that he was losing, about Hitchens I think it was, and he said something about how not even YKTD always agreed with him.
How brain damaged must you be to hold up cunting YKTD as some yardstick with which all logic must be compared to? What grown man appeals to some stranger he will never meet as some wisened sage?
He's not worthy of anyone's time.
Brody Robinson
>Eddie
I've been here a few years now and I've come back from a break
Give me your trip backstory and it better be better than Rimmer and YKTD
Also that's a meme. French leaked documents say they favour us over the fourth reich
Jace Diaz
>Implying they'd let her do it
You're a special kind of retarded lad.
Adam Parker
>British exceptionalism >a film about running away while the Luftwaffe take some potshots Bit of a stretch.
Jaxon Brown
Yeah I saw that, him and Eddie got embarrassed.
Luke Torres
I started to "read" Strange Death of Europe in audiobook form instead, obviously, it is going to be written from a civic perspective, but he makes up for it in his well backed up assertions that people from different countries bring in different cultures, and that it is not possible for those cultures to harmoniously run in parallel. The two standout bits of the book so far are his demolishing of the mantras that migration is a net financial benefit to the country, and that we are a nation of migrants. Also deals rather well the "we need more migrants because they make more children and we need that for our pyramid scheme" argument.
If it's a choice between A Brief History of Crime and Abolition of Britain for your first Hitchens book then AoB will probably give you a much better foundation.
David Gutierrez
I am that "Anonymous friend" and yes, I did miss your point, we've been over this. You were making the point that the Queen should have an opinion, she already can do this so I assumed Assent, quite quickly we established you didn't know what you meant since the only way you could define it was by adding the words "strongly" or "forcefully" to it - which she can't do, because of precedence.
Brody Lopez
Parliament cannot overule the monarch.
If parliament didn't accept her decision It'd be civil war.
Austin Reyes
I want to beleive you're an incredibly dedicated troll, but something tells me you genuinely beleive you're right with no actual understanding of the subject other than "WOT I FINK".
Isaiah Bell
Presumably, because there's no precedent for it, the Queen also couldn't parade around in neon green spandex, right?
After all, it's never been done before!
People don't fucking get that the Queen doesn't have to follow this shit!
Ian Ward
One Eddie was bad enough...
Jacob Collins
>He thinks Parliament can overrule the monarch
Eli Parker
>she can't do because of precedence
But WHY? Why does precedence stop her doing it?
Adrian Evans
>Seems to me like they broke precedence there. >Eddie BTFOing himself again
Ooof, look at this one Eddie mate, you didn't reply to it so I assume you missed it, but he's made you look like a right stupid twat.
Camden Edwards
In matters not classed as royal Perogative, for example constitutionally transformative matters (recently reinforced by the parliamentary vote on brexit despite executive opposition), Parliament absolutely can overrule the monarch you ignorant cunt.
Mason Gray
I said "Even YKTD didn't agree with him about everything" in response to , the implication being in that post that it wasn't possible or was hypocritical to have a favourite author that you disagreed with on points, so my response was appropriate given that YKTD was one of his biggest fans here.
Nicholas Edwards
This is again where the whole argument stems from. You don't know what the fuck precedence is.
Christian Roberts
YKTD was the spirit of this general Ever since he left we've been on a downward decline whether you like it or not
he spent a ridiculous amount of his time and energy here, and came across as pretty intelligent Probably due to practicing arguing politics for >10 hours a day for months at a time Anyway I think it's fair to compare yourself to him, as no trip has come close to him since
T.yktd
John Torres
Who /drunk/ on Sunday?
Blake Peterson
But what did you have for dinner though?
Blake Morris
Depends on whether you're gay or not
Brody Russell
Get yourself together, no one is impressed that you imbibed alch
Jayden Myers
Its the following of principles derived from prior judgements that are applicale to the case at hand.
Or it's convention, if you believe Eddie.
Elijah Carter
You not understand English doesn't prove your point.
Andrew Jackson
Cheers chinky knock-off YKTD.
Christopher Taylor
Kek. Trip nonces can't even read
How fucking pathetic are they ? It's honestly entertaining just watching the average trip in his daily posting He has no idea how sad he looks to outsiders
Just like a chimp in a zoo wanking himself off, in every way And no more evolved
Ryan Cook
>Precedent in the legal sense
>Precedent in the common sense
Also, get on my Diana point you nonce.
Lowering the flag wasn't precedented, was it?
Lucas Gray
Not yet, just grabbed a 10 pack of pint sized Carlings though So excited to get mortal
Kevin Thompson
Who killed off the tripcunts? Was it pic related or just the tripcunts themselves?
Angel Ward
Because it was forced by the media via the electorate, who by parliamentary representatives are sovereign. Parliament overrules precedent, you really are completely ignorant on this entire subject aren't you.
Mason Cruz
lol you fucking idiot, if article 50 requires an act of parliament to initiate then it requires the fucking monarchs asscent-- which it can refuse to give.
the recent high court battle was one of not allowing HMG just simply riding roughshod over parliament, not parliament assuming superiority over the monarch.
Christian Diaz
She feasibly couldn't, there are countless barriers to her doing that and if she somehow did it anyway it would throw up a huge question about her mental state and legitimacy.
Sebastian Thomas
What happened with this guy ? I remember when he started posting, but I didn't see how it developed ? People have been referencing it and I feel left out
Jack King
Just bring back honk and the anime nonces st this point. I'd rather their shit posting over trip cunts arguing over nothing and ruining thread after fucking thread the absolute autistic twats.
Isaiah Edwards
The monarch doesn't sign royal assent you tit.
Lincoln Richardson
At this point I think they're trolling tbqh
Xavier Gutierrez
>via the electorate
There wasn't a vote on lowering the flag.
>Parliament overrules precedent
So what happens if the Queen breaks precedent by voicing her opinion? Does parliament overrule her opinion, kek?
Nolan Jackson
Yosuke was a one-day ironic tripcunt, every single tripfag hated him but his contribution to killing off the tripfags was immense. He accelerated the hate towards Eddie and everyone else ruining Brit/pol/. Look at the tripfags before and after when he dropped by, far more infighting and strife.
Samuel Morris
>tfw open your pouch of baccy and see you don't have enough to make a fag
suffering
Matthew Morales
You are a sick fuck. Three years ago, I was bummed by a man like you. It ruined my life. I'm still broken, no matter what I do to try and fix it. I can't move on. The scars run too deep. You don't even care about how those girls are affected. You don't care that you're breaking their spirits, dreams, and everything they hoped to be. My joy in life was taken away, stolen by someone like you. You don't deserve to live for the pain you caused those girls.
Christian Carter
Agreed lad Feels/ blog posting> weird anime child molesters> autistic narcissistic manchildren trying to carve an identity out where no one cares who they are
Matthew Cruz
I hope so, but I genuinely think the post below you beleives what he's saying.
Noah Price
Just recycle the tab ends, mate
Benjamin Allen
Blame the tripcunts for driving Honk away. He was practically the only happy person here and those pricks had to go spoil it and call him a nonce.
Jacob Wood
>debate about precedent and English Common law >on a british poltical general >Waaaaah If you don't understand the operation of your state, why the fuck are you here?
Benjamin Reyes
Oh I do, and I'm 100% right. Or at least, you've written nothing persuasive that doesn't just say
>She's never done it before, so I guess she can't
Go ahead and give me a quick rundown on what happens to her if she voices her opinion.
Dylan Martinez
never said the did, you absolute waster. the point still stands-- parliament does not overrule the monarch.
Gavin Robinson
>driving Honk away He was posting early this morning. Claiming he wasn't coming back, mind
Charles Robinson
It does though, especially considering the executive is also a memeber of parliament.
Landon Peterson
The commercialisation of space travel can only be delayed so long - under the current system at least - and what happens after that will be very interesting. It's hard to see how a breakaway group of ethnically homogeneous (and enshrined so) 'civilisations' or whatever you want to label them as, will not immediately begin gaining ground on the mixed 'nations' left on Earth.
This is beyond our life-spans, of course, but so long as there is a significant body of English people on this planet for the next century or two, independent 'colonies' will be feasible and will happen.
James Jones

Charles Taylor
I'm a successful lawyer desu Just come here to laugh at you faggots wasting away your lives bickering, and attempting to form friendships with people you'll never meet
It's funny because you're so unselfaware
Lincoln Perez
"wtf is law" - this thread
Julian James
He secretly wanted us to remain in the EU. He passionately and irrationally hated Nigel Farage, claiming it was because Nige somehow didn't care about the UK and had no investment in the brexit.
Blake Ross
Quit. It's my first day without cigarettes today. Join me.
