So a google employee was fired for political observations...

So a google employee was fired for political observations, and NFL owners will not hire Colin Kaepernick even though he is more qualified than others and technically has not done anything wrong.

Is political ideology going to be a job requirement?

Any employer should be able to hire and fire for any reason they see fit

1. They were not political observations, but totally scientific.

2. Colin K is a shit QB and lost his job because there was someone better.

>Kap
>more qualified than others
>not overcharging by a massive degree for his services as a BACKUP

It cracks me up that people think Kaepernick is NFL talent with his 54 QBR. The guy was shit and an interception machine on his way out, so he loses his starting job, gets with a crazy America hating activist floozy looking to ride his position to enhance hers and since then she can't keep her mouth shut and nobody wants to deal with them.

Fuck him, there is no right to play in the NFL. If he wants a chance he should dump the bitch blabbing every single time he is about to have an interview.

Damn right.

Nigger Niggerton was no good at niggerball & lost his job

>2. Colin K is a shit QB and lost his job because there was someone better.

well he was better than a lot of other backup quarterbacks.

if he had not gone all political, would he be a backup somewhere right now?

>will not hire Colin Kaepernick even though he is more qualified
sorry buddy but it's really annoying when people weigh in on why nfl teams won't sign him when they obviously know absolutely nothing about the nfl or ever seen kaepernick play

he's going to be a backup, and the incredible amount of media coverage he'll get every game for sitting during the anthem brings a lot of drama to the locker room that teams don't want

it was similar with tim tebow because everywhere he went a media circus followed...it just wasn't worth having him around for being a backup who would never develop into anything great

He also wants a fortune more in payment than those backups like 10x more and he isnt 10x better lmao

but can nfl owners say his "protest" is the reason they won't hire him? or do they leave it up to speculation?

I agree that the final say should be at the employers discretion what I don't agree with is the public witch hunt mentality that forces employers decisions.
A person is not company property and has the right to not be associated with that company until he or she is on the clock, actions of an individual that are not illegal should not be held as a reflection of the company.

>Kap is more qualified

He underperformed for 3 straight seasons and then jumped on the BLM bandwagon so he could guilt whitey into not cutting him.

Now he's a free agent for some reason and can't get hired because no team wants a shitty media circus probing them his entire contract

>better than other backups
Possibly, but he doesn't want to be paid like those other backups. He wants to be paid like a crappy starter.

Most of those backups are working for the league minimum and aren't a media distraction.

>Is political ideology going to be a job requirement?

It always has been. Please try to be less stupid.

Wrong.

that is what i am wondering if they are encroaching on violating laws or getting civil suits.

it is an unwritten thing "wink wink". can it ever be used legally, besides working for a political party and even then it might be questionable.

At some levels yes if a person posts his or her opinion and someone "hunts" them down finds the employer, address, phone number it can be considered stalking as well as harassment.
also they maybe liable for damages if no crime was committed.

but who has the deep pockets to sue "google"?

the suit would more likely go against the individual who invaded his privacy and initiated the whole situation.

Op you proved that the left are just anti white racists.

>Kapernick goes full BLM retard and whites stop watching the NFL
>the left says this is horrible and he should be rehired for bravely expressing a political viewpoint!

>white man says men and women are different
>left calls for blood and demands he's fired. And he is fired.

So basically it's okay to fire white men for basically any reason, but not a lefty plantation black.

Got it.

he didn't get fired though, he just can't find another job that is not the same thing
