Higher education is free here in Norway and it makes me really grateful to not live in a country like the US as it seems to cost a fortune over there, at least based on my assumptions over american education. I'm 27 now and have finished a free bachelors degree in sociology. Realized during that time I have a passion for psychology and are currently in the process of starting my masters degree at a prestigious university in Oslo totally free.
