Depends on how much risk you want to take. If you only want to see major tourist attractions pretty much every country which isnt in a state of war or civil collapse.

That said if nature and wildlife is what you are after visit Australia and New Zealand or if thats too normy for you one of the Pacific Islands.

If you want to visit Africa then probably the Sychelles or Botswana

If you want to visit Europe then places like Czechia, Switzerland and Croatia.

Japan's pretty safe, but you may not get into many places outside of tourist moneypits and redlight districts because most of the natives don't like niggers. Same with Korea and China but if you flash enough cash or dress professional and be well-behaved, they might be more accommodating.
