The concentrated acids don't work instantly anyway. I would say you have about 30 seconds to dilute nitric accid. You'll look like oompa loompa, but not permanent damage. Maybe a minute with sulfuric acid and hydrochloric. Anything beyond that and your face will start melting. There's also a risk of exothermic reaction of acid when in contact with water, so you need huge quantities. What a mad world we live in.
