Yes oldfag here. I buy and sell homes for a living, and right now my inventory is piling up because young people don't want to buy a house, or refuse to buy a house "in the suburbs hurr."
Man the fuck up, have a family, and accomplish what every other generation managed to do. It's not that difficult people.
It's pathetic to watch young people destroy this country.
its the entitlement mentality a lot of them have. They expect shit to be handed to them
Levi Wood
Can you really blame us though? Avocado Toast is so good
Julian Myers
Here is an economics 101 question for you: When demand for a good falls, what happens to the market value of the good?
Hudson Garcia
People don't want to live out in the burbs and commute 2 hours to work everyday, anymore.
Eli Myers
It's just easier to blame millennials for things out of their control.
Logan Gray
Lower the price and I'd buy one you massive cock-sucking faggot.
Angel Fisher
I'm a 31 year old kissless virgin and earn not much more than minimum wage.
Jose Edwards
>Man the fuck up, have a family I have no money and I can't find girl
Logan Bailey
>housing bubble just happened >no jobs >few jobs that do exist pay shit >"hurr buy my mcmansions you goyim!"
fuck off retard.
Grayson Bennett
>"starting in the low 900's!"
Not our fault the jews took everything. Give us time.
Samuel Morgan
Well I mean if I'm gonna go into a massive debt with a mortgage, I don't wanna be slaving to make payments on a homogenous, culture-less, nihilistically consumerist, non-aesthetically pleasing box surrounded by hundreds of the same thing amongst similarly nihilistic strip malls. Consumerism displacing culture is the real threat here.
Landon Morgan
also
>boomer blaming anyone else for ruining the country
Zachary Walker
A 30yr mortgage is out of the picture. You have to assume you will make XY amount consistently over a few decades or you get foreclosed. With today's financial instability, job market, debt. My bet is WW3 within the next 30 years, currency collapse. The risk is too high.
Asher Bell
Stupid fucking old idiot. We don't owe you our money. Earn our god damn money or sell a product we want. No, I won't "man up" and give you my money for no damn reason. Your product is overpriced shit and I save enough money on gas by being near my job that having a house is worse in every way.
Justin Sullivan
>entitlement mentality >meanwhile boomer OP is oy veying over his overpriced mcmansions not selling
Christian Ortiz
>millenials >Man the fuck up
stop pouring xenoestrogens into the water
Alexander Johnson
When the incentives aren't there, the activity won't be. It's not hard. Men have started families for thousands of years. What are the structural changes that have changed that in the last 30? Maybe identify those rather than blaming men.
Aaron Bailey
Just keep reducing the price until they sell, problem solved.
Robert Gomez
>dont want to >refuse to hmm im more impressed by the fac that your accurately proving that every single millennial can afford to
Julian Gutierrez
god forbid i make my own choices and have fun in my life
what if i dont want a family and a big house?
why is "manning up" conforming to your shitty idea of what it is to be happy or successful?
if i did like you asked i'd be the biggest cuck ever because im accepting a standard of life that you would approve of regardless of what i want
you are a cuck and in not joining in
Nathaniel Morgan
>1 post by this ID Why not just lower the price of the houses?
Ethan Baker
Don't ask $450k for a piece of shit 2ksqft house on a fucking concrete slab, zero insulation, and put together with popsicle sticks. The homes are now built so cheaply they can't even hide how shitty they are. The Honduran crews that do the roofs and vinyl siding just put it together however and half ass it if things get complicated. Corners cut everywhere.
So yeah. I hope you "Flip that house" in to bankruptcy then die choking on a dick OP.
Jeremiah Hill
>inventory is piling up fucking liar, this is one of the tightest housing markets i've ever seen. I haven't added any rentals in a year.
Tyler Cruz
Why the fuck would I buy a house Lol so Precambrian
Isaiah Wood
>I buy and sell homes for a living, and right now my inventory is piling up because young people don't want to buy a hous
Dude, US labour force participation rate hasn't been this bad since 1970's
Your inventory is piling up because during the last decade when the "recession"(depression) started the average wages took a nose dive and unemployment went up
Literally the crash that started under bush jr is only now recovering to the point where we were before the crash
Just wait till automation kicks in, bye bye tens of millions of transport and logistics jobs
Jacob Robinson
ITT: discouraging answers from millennials who will probably never man-up and continue their blood lines
Connor Reyes
You make, at best, 10% profit on the houses you sell. Why not just rent them? I'm making almost 2% of my rental home's price each month!
Samuel Ross
A lot of them can't afford it. For example my area people from Cali are coming over and jacking up the rent, medin income of my city is like 42k, but people from Cali are buying apartment's/ condos and the average price to rend is 1100 a month. They are also driving up home cost just less then 5 years ago a 250k is now 350k . I mean I'm as t a position we're I am forced to buy my condo 880 SQ feet for 142. Worse yet companies are not upping pay.
So boils down to we are in a bubble it's gonna pop or wages will need to go up. I'm not talking minimum talking skilled worker pay
Nathaniel Phillips
it wasn't funny when you posted it last week. get a job
Gabriel Bailey
>Selling overpriced homes >Waaaaaaahhh it's all millennials fault for not buying my trash
How about you look at the economy and job market before you whine
Jeremiah White
If I ever buy real-estate, it will probably be an apartment complex where I can rent out all of the units except for the one I plan to live in. I'm not going to buy some shitty overpriced McMansion.
Dominic Hughes
>my business is not going so well >man the fuck up and give me money Jesus dude look in the mirror

Joseph Hernandez
>It's pathetic to watch young people destroy this country. >buying homes >selling them for more than you bough them >extracting spare shekels from the system for your service
Sounds like you are the one destroying the country by inflating the housing market.
Jose Ward
you're exaggerating, more like 30 minute commutes.
millennials will take a subway from brooklyn shithole apt, then uber to some unpaid internship in manhattan an hour and 30 minutes each way
Benjamin Evans
Sounds like youre the entitled mellineial. Tough shit if no one is buying. Its millenials like you that really destroy america.
Just toughen up and make it, just like your father did.
David Davis
>and right now my inventory is piling up stop buying houses faggot
Ryder Adams
Waaaah people can't afford my houses waaaaah
Anthony Morris
The delusion in this thread is fucking insane.
Liam Parker
maybe it's because the particle-board and drywall pieces of shit you are trying to hock aor $350k aren't even worth $100k you kike faggot
Benjamin Collins
This is a solid point. Next time any of you fucks decide to actually go into buying a house. Do your research on when, how, and who built it. What material they used, the whole 9 yards.
My father does finish work and carpentry. He also dabbles in other things like plumbing, electrical etc. While we have never built a house from scratch, we've built enough rooms for me to know how fucking cheap it is to actually build something. Keep in mind labor is the biggest expense.
But houses, especially these shitty suburban plots are grossly overpriced and you should call anyone trying to sell you on it out.
Daniel Williams
>"in the suburbs hurr." I'd prefer something more rural.
>Man the fuck up, have a family No.
Elijah Bell
HAHAHAHA HOUSING CRASH HERE WE GOOOO
Christian Harris
When we come to power we'll take whats left of your savings and social security

David Price
This.
Landon Walker
yeah goy just get back to borrowing our magic air money and paying that interest on it.
Gas yourself you exploitative cunt (OP)
Wyatt Jenkins
I already have a house, because my boomer mother couldn't pay the property taxes on the one she got for free from her parents.
When the real estate market crashes and your entire net worth is destroyed, I'll buy some land and build a house myself. Because fuck you, and fuck your entire pathetic generation.
Michael Hernandez
stop to touch children then
Nathan Wood

>make 50k a year >am a relatively lucky millennial >every house in my reasonable price range (upto 150k) is generally a broken down piece of shit I would need to drop 20 grand to make livable >am apparently entitled for not wanting some degenerately oversized 300k or more house I cant afford and have no need for that much room.
Caleb Long
Perhaps they want somethibg different, having been raised in unstable homes, they may associate homes with said instability.
Henry Barnes
>valid points >labor market is insanely tight >housing prices are high because low inventory and not enough laborers to build houses HUURRRR DURRRR SHAKE MANAGERS HAND I CAN'T FIND A JOB HURR

City people buy cheap apartments downtown. Only rural and suburban retards buy big houses outside town.
Ethan White
>labor market is insanely tight >housing prices are high because low inventory and not enough laborers to build houses nigger you are dumb as fuck.
Jayden Lopez

Christopher Taylor
If you jews hadn't jacked the price of homes through the roof to feed your usury then young people would be buying homes. I don't see wages keeping up with housing prices you filthy kike
Cooper Cook
Oh you're a real estate agent? How's it feel having a job any woman too dumb to be a secretary or cook could do?
Matthew Bennett
This

Christopher Myers
Muh student loanz
Kayden Perry
Houses here cost $1m and get bought by chinks with cash anyway. So fuck houses, can't wait till it all crashes again.
John Rogers
where!? this is literally the opposite of reality. boomers aren't letting go of houses and there aren't enough houses on the market. i think you're a fucking liar
Lucas Bennett
It is far more expensive for millenials to do that than for the previous generation. Boomers have left millenials a mountain of government, household and corporate debt.
The life standards of boomers were sustained by a process of massive generational indebting. It's the reagan/thatcher economic model - "popular capitalism", so much praised by the right. It worked well for decades, it was crucial to beat the Soviet Union, and now we are witnessing its slow demise. In the meantime, it has erased most of the Capital accumulated in the West.
Bentley Rodriguez
>YES GOY-er, GUYS! ENSLAVE yourself with a (((mortgage))) for the next 20-30 years!
Carson Russell
yeah these Realtors just think that everybody has to buy their product. talk about entitlement. but muh tax deductions goy
David Wilson
>jews
it's the boomers that prevent construction of more housing that is jacking up the price
they use bullshit environmental reasons like, oh no that building is gonna be in the way of bird migration or oh no a special kind of tree grows there and it'll be endangered in this part of the world of we build there
Michael Barnes
They are all paying $2,500-$3K + rent to live in the city here in Seattle. Good news is my house is 5 minutes away from downtown so the next step are these homes that will soon be $1 mill ....and climbing.
PS No plan to sell ever.... kids will get a nice chunk when we die.
Aiden Diaz
I have the problem that a lot of the "starter" homes in my area are just shoddy as fuck 1-2k square foot money traps.
I see all sorts of cut corners and the shittiest materials possible used. Even more bizarre I am in "Dixie alley" where we get lots of deadly tornados and apparently popsicle sticks and balsa wood are the only materials used for the actual structure. It's absolutely maddening. Is it that fucking hard to use steel in such a dangerous area?
Fuck I might have to contract out my own house at this rate, our builders are either completely shit or they expect mansion prices
Easton Lee
Exactly where I'm at. For me I was forced to buy my.condo because either I piss away a grand a month for rent, or get a 750 mortgage and have my money go to something I will own
Colton Edwards
I blame baby boomers for not listening to Eisenhower and JFK when they tried to warn us about the deep state and military industrial complex.
Nicholas Davis
These so fucking much. Everyone i know who bought one of those piece of shit new houses is constantly complaining about how their house is literally falling apart
Henry Ward
>1 post by this ID
Dylan Sanders
This guy gets it. Don't be afraid to borrow against the equity you've built in your rental property to buy more rental properties. These dumbfuck kiddos actually think living their zero stability, non-equity building, niggerly rental lifestyle is better because 'hur hur...flexibility'. If they ever realized that their rent is twice the cost of the mortgage for the property their living in they'd cry.
Hunter Adams
>housing cost too much >inventories are "piling up"
>tight inventories >buyers paying premiums for new construction. >shortage of labor
not everyone is fucking broke and getting left behind.
Julian Perry
Fuck you I just bought a little house Good luck selling that brick faced / vinyl piece of shit for 300k
Julian Bell
fpbp. I think OP missed the subtlety though.
Henry Green
Gavin is 100% right. So much of anime does all this sexual stuff with characters that are supposedly 14 or 15, sometimes as ridiculous as 12 or 13.
Bentley Cruz
This. They don't release new land for new houses to be built on, here it's become super common to just demolish houses and then split that land up and build multiple smaller houses in the same amount of space. It's shit and I wonder why anyone would want to spend money on these cucksheds.
Isaac Bennett
You don't get to tell me what a man is, I'm perfectly fine with my trailer in the woods. I rather live dirt poor and fuck off all day than be a cuck to this slave system like you are.
Alexander Turner
Get a better portfolio then, Mr 1 post by this I.d. hamburglar fat cunt
Benjamin Jenkins
>1 post by this ID >I'm an fag that's old Not what it means, gramps
Brayden Jackson
STFU nigger. Without dickheads like you, a house wouldn't be 20 times more expensive than it was 30 years ago. Enjoy your well-deserved coming bankrupcy
Benjamin Peterson
I blame my grandparents generation because subsidizing college was a disaster waiting to happen....
Well the disaster happened. Colleges figured out how to charge full price but get subsidies anyway. Congratulations.
Jayden Taylor
>buy my houses >pile up your debt
How bout no?
Gavin Lee
do you live in your parents back yard?
Samuel Morgan
I live in Los Angeles, i'm not buying a house here when the housing market crashes every 5-8 years.
>wahh why won't anyone let me rip them off! kys real estate agents, product sellsmen, and bankers are jobs I have no sympathy for. How about doing something that doesn't involve tricking people into giving you money you don't deserve.
Angel Jenkins
>bussines is not going well. >Insult customers
Brandon Robinson
Millennial here. Trying to save up and buy a house is difficult when rent is $1225/month and I have $35,000 in student loan debt (BBA Accounting). I also owe $9,000 on a car. There is more financial strain on our generation than on yours. Tuition rises at 6x the rate of inflation. It will take me years to save up the ~$40,000 required for a down payment on a house, and even still I am paying kike bankers for a mortgage for the rest of my life.
Leo Ross
This is the exact reason they want 3rd-worlders to flood the country; they don't know any fucking better.
Camden Anderson
Such bait but I'll bite. They don't have any fucking money and the houses are really overpriced compared to incomes.
Adrian Parker
The risks as a landlord are numerous and frustrating. You're just as well off investing your money in a REIT and letting a professional company manage its rental property.
Watch your 20k in yearly profits vanish when your dumbass tenant lets the pipes freeze in winter and wrecks everything. And youre required to fix it immediately.
Wyatt Cooper
housing should have never been seen as an "investment." Its a fucking homestead, but the boomers got conned into the "house flipping" game, thus making the American Dream that much more difficult, unless you live 500 miles of civilization. Let their McMansions rot. Sorry I'd rather live within my means and save money, than enter the Jew trap and be 300k in debt at 25. (plus those 100k in school loans!)
