If there were an Alt Left, it would be composed of people the Alt Right would be very sympathetic to. The Alt Right is an alternative to mainstream conservative politics because they're cucked losers. The Alt Left would likewise oppose mainstream liberal politics because they don't achieve the goals of liberalism.
Alt Left would have to be different from the Democrats, likely these ways:
- Environmentalism would be a priority, not on the back burner
- Immigration would be opposed, not a dogma, because of the environmental effects and the depression of wages
- Single payer healthcare would be favored as opposed to the corporate subsidies of Obamacare
- They would oppose interventionist wars instead of starting them
