Okay but where is that Obamacare repeal & replace tho

Okay but where is that Obamacare repeal & replace tho

Ain't happening, so they're just gonna try and skip to tax reform.

Maybe if they don't get BTFO in 2018

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Ask Congress.

It'll happen, they just need to write an actual bill. Why didn't they already? No idea

The funny thing about that is it turned out to be a very bad idea. Trump didn't understand that or even care, so he tried to pressure the republicans to pass a bill they knew was garbage. The last senate bill only came CLOSE to passing because the republicans believed it would never become law and instead go to conference committee.

The Republican party is intellectually bankrupt and can't come up with anything to replace it.

It'll be all on Trump to actually propose anything worthwhile.

Oh, and the president antagonized the opposition among republicans instead of championing the bill on its merits. Which is, of course, what he would do.

>>Where is the Obamacare repeal?

Ask Hanoi John

>Spends 8 years whining like a little bitch about Obamacare
>Trump finally gives him the chance to get rid of it and he doesn't
What is McCain's problem? Is it the tumor messing with his brain? And I'm talking about the rest of the GOP, too. How are you going to spend 8 years bitching about Obamacare but in all that time not have a good plan to repeal and replace it?

>Didn't vote to pass a bill without anything in it
What a jerk

Why doesn't anyone bring up Collins or Murkowski? Were their votes considered a lost cause because they are women?

They didn't write a bill because the ACA WAS the republican plan before everyone started calling it "Obama care." It's pretty much Mitt Romney's plan after being fucked up by the amendment process. The opposition is all partisan nonsense.

Collins and Murkowski were pissed that only 10-12 people were determining what the bill would be during lunch and they were not invited. McConnell knew that if he included everyone, the debate would get before the public and there would be more dissent. He accepted that two would be lost votes, but that sneaking it through could get him the 50 that he needed.

literally watching him become even more of a super villlain with that scar. we can watch him get more and more evil over time.

>What is McCain's problem?

He does what he is paid to do. Not what voted to do. Career political leach.

>literally watching him become even more of a super villlain with that scar

Looks like he got a rifle butt to the face in a Vietnamese basket weaving camp

ask his real father Frank Marshall Davis... ? www.obamasrealfather.com

It's easy to bitch about something that is flawed when you aren't actually required with coming up with better alternatives

So the dems just jacked Romneycare as is and implemented with the help of Jonathan Gruber from MIT?

How the fuck are they blaming Republicans for this as they shove the damn thing through?

(((Jonathan Gruber))), yep he's one of (((them))).

Still wondering why the dems have to copy a plan written by a Republican governor. Is it so when it fails they can blame Republicans for it?

Or because they have no original ideas?

I, too, agree that the Democrats should have just passed single payer.

Dems tried to pass single payer, but needed more votes than they had even with their good margins back in 08 because many of those democrats were "blue dogs" (democrats in very conservative districts).

When single payer couldn't pass they went to Romneycare basically.

That's probably what's going to happen next time they control congress.

If the republicans sabotage it by refusing to authorize the funding it needs and scaring the health insurance providers with months of "will they, won't they" legislation, it's their fault. The ACA needs tweaking, not a repeal.

But why is Guantanamo still open tho?

(Sorry, I know I'm sperging this thread up)

Another thing to understand about this is that Democrats still suffer under the delusion that republicans will work with them. They often seek, or at least pay lip service to, bipartisan efforts to shape good policy. Starting with something that resembles Romneycare is a result of that delusion.

I hope they wake the fuck up after this recent attempt at passing shitty budget reconciliation bills without reaching out to Senate Democrats at all. The Republicans are the party of "fuck the other party" and nothing more.

Single payer would've been worse with implementation.

So no original idea, got it. The dems talked so much shit about Romney but copied his healthcare plan when they needed viable legislation?

Shit will still be shit no matter how much you tweak it. The dems cribbed a Republican's health plan (which was universally unliked as implemented) instead of writing an original as to deflect blame if it all goes wrong. Signed by a dem president without reading it and they hoped for it to succeed.

This is like licking ebola tainted blood and hoped you don't get sick.

Hoping to work with Republicans while calling them every name in the book and inventing new ones? Using a plan that is hated as implemented while not using the original plan to start?

Which playbook is this?

OP's a Nigger.
