The Rebels in the Ayn Tarma district of East Ghouta are claiming they were gassed by the 4 th Division of the SAA. The 4th Division is operating in Jobar District. There are two seperate divisions of the SAA operating in Ayn Tarma and they are advancing too; This reeks of damage control on the rebels part.
There were unconfirmed pro-SAA sources stating that the US forces were going to abandon Al-tanf. It seemed like speculation and rumor, but given that many of the rebels that were previously stationed in Al-Tanf were transported to Hasaka governorate and the lack of US retaliation on the SAA advance, it seems that the USA has indeed abandoned Al-Tanf. The SAA may attempt to capture Al-Tanf within the near future.
