You may not be a top priority for police to go looking for if it's just a traffic offence, so you can get away with it. But the thing that kills me is these people still drive like shit knowing they will be arrested for even more the next time they're pulled over. It's like on cop shows when a guy gets pulled over for running a stop sign and then they smell alcohol on him, so they search the car and find two duffel bags of coke or stolen guns in the trunk. You'd think people who are breaking the would be a little more careful.
