They did try to get me to recruit some of them by offering me pay raises kind of like a pyramid scheme (like I mentioned before). "For every 5 friends you sign up, you'll get an extra $1.25 an hour." That was how it was pushed to me (and in my area as far as I know). They start out with a base-pay model and add on from there. I have a few papers and I could print out my bank statements I guess that show the deposits they sent to my account. Aside from a few pamphlets, etc. they weren't big on "handbooks" or anything of that nature. Even the money they paid me was getting directly deposited since they asked for my account info/etc. as soon as I was hired. Looking back on it, it seemed convenient to me at the time but was probably a way for them to try and cover their ass and not leave a paper trail.
